Nein, das ist nur typisches Slayer Gameplay.

Such mal Videos zu Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Headhunter, Domination, Assault und Forge ;)

Edit: und Firefight und dieses core-Dingens und SWAT und Zombie
hab mir gerad noch firefight videos angeguckt. macht mich auch nicht so an,
muss ich sagen.
Das spricht mich auch nicht an, so wie der spielt! Schisser!!!
Mehr Action ist natürlich schon drin. Aber Granaten, Schlagen, Schießen! Das ist typisch Halo!

finde da kriegsgebiet in gears 1000x cooler. da gibt man wenigstens alles, weil man

und du hast schon geschrieben, dass du H3 nur kurz gespielt hast und er dich gerade so 10min halten können und deswegen rate ich dir ganz sachlich: LASS ES!!! Es gibt gute Spiele, die "stehen" einem nicht oder man hat kein Spass daran. Das kann man nicht ändern. Warte lieber, ob einer deiner Freunde es hat und leihe es aus und spiel es dort 2h an (wenn du keine 2h daran bleiben kannst hast du deine antwort)
Es wäre einfach rausgeworfenes Geld, sich ein spiel zu holen, was einem keinen Spass macht und noch dümmer wäre es, wenn man schon bei allen Vorgänger keinen Spass hatte und es trotzdem versucht.

reach und geballter mp action mit den cw jungs vielleicht ändern könnte.
wednesday holt es sich ja auch nur aus dem grund. da ich den mp in halo 3 eben
nur 10 min. angetestet habe, kann ich mir da wirklich kein urteil erlauben. nur macht
es mich eben in den videos auch nicht an, das ist das problem. ich bleib eher skeptisch
zumal ich mit der story und dem ganzen halo universum einfach kaum was anfangen kann.

ka, aber frag doch ob einer der CW jungs hier in deiner stadt wohnt, dann kannst du es anspielen ODER frag in der Videothek nach, ist das billigste..meist nur 1-5 euro + Pfand und du kannst es anspielen und richtig lang

ich weiß nur von einem cw user, der in bielefeld wohnt ken ishi oder so ähnlich.
die idee mit der videthek ist auch nicht übel, nur wird es da zu beginn vorbestellungen
ohne ende geben.

machito kauf es dir nicht! Ich kenn das Problem und habe den Fehler (durch den Hype) das letzte mal bei GTA4 gemacht... leih es dir aus, oder schau, dass du den Multi vielleicht mal mit ein paar Freunden testen kannst. Ich persönlich finde Halo in einer gemütlichen Runde am besten. Ausserdem wenn du dich später noch entscheiden solltest es dir dennoch zu holen ist es eh günstiger ;)

As I sit here writing this review I can't help but be nervous. After all, the game that I am writing about is the last Halo that will ever be made (or so they say). With Microsoft and Bungie going separate ways, Halo: Reach is Bungie's way of saying "Farewall and Thank You". The reason I am nervous is due to the fact that Halo: Reach is easily the best installment in this epic franchise, and to be perfectly honest may be the single greatest First-Person Shooter I have ever played. The pressure to write a review that does this game the justice it deserves is insurmountable. What Bungie has created is a finale that is so near close to perfect, it may be impossible to express through words. At any rate, here I go. Bungie, this one's for you.

For those rare few that haven't been following this game, Halo: Reach is a prequel to Halo: Combat Evolved (the first installment released in 2001). Rather than control Master Chief, you see the world of Reach through the eyes of a nameless Spartan on "Noble Team". It's up to you and your Spartan crew to defend the planet against the Covenant, and without giving too much of the story away, it's a losing battle.



If you have played any of the previous games, you will know that Bungie is the King at creating intense settings coupled with epic stories. Halo: Reach is no exception. From the opening cut scene there is this incredible sense of inevitable doom that sticks with you through the entire journey. From the war-torn environment, to the demeanor of Noble Team, to the one-way missions given to you by your superiors, Halo: Reach does a phenomenal job of creating the perfect setting. Hearing the Commander utter the words, "May God help us all", as the camera pans out of view sent shivers down my spine.

The interesting aspect of Halo: Reach is that I already knew the ending. Everyone who is at all familiar with the game should know the ending. That's what makes this story so beautifully tragic. Bungie somehow created a story that we all know the ending to, and still made it engaging. Watching Reach and the loved ones around you fall to the hands of the Covenant left me emotionally drained. There were moments when I simply set the controller down, jaw dropped wide open, thinking to myself, 'I can't believe they just did that'. I'm not the only one that felt this way either. I played through it a second time split/screen with a buddy of mine (a Halo hater may I add), that still can't stop talking about how amazing Halo: Reach is. He's actually playing through the rest of the franchise to get the full experience. I kid you not, the story told in Halo: Reach couldn't have closed this franchise any better.

As for gameplay, the major differences are that dual-wielding weapons has thankfully vanished, there are more pick-ups (such as different armors and jet-packs), Space Combat, and there are a few new weapons. The reason that I am thankful dual-wield doesn't make it's appearance is due to two main reasons. The first is that the game makes you have to choose your weapons more wisely. No more carrying a Needler with an Assault Rifle. Make your choice, and hope it's a good one. The second reason being that dual-wield wasn't an option in Halo: Combat Evolved, so having it in the prequel wouldn't make any sense. Technology wouldn't take a step backwards.

The new pick-ups include Sprint, Hologram, Active Camo, Armor Lock, and Jet Pack. In all honesty, I only used Jet Pack and Sprint. I messed around with Hologram (fun on multiplayer), and Armor Lock is fun when a speeding vehicle is aimed straight at you. Even in Legendary Mode they weren't all too helpful. A welcome addition nonetheless that is definitely going to change the way Multiplayer is played.

While there may not be a ton of new features in Halo: Reach, I am thankful for the familiarity. Bungie knew they had already created one of the best franchises to date, and as the saying goes, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". The solid gameplay mechanics are where Bungie has always excelled, and it's evident in Halo: Reach that they are aware of this. I have absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to overall gameplay. Guns fired with accuracy and had a good sense of kickback, melee reacted nicely (dropping in on an enemy's skull is still way too much fun), and the enemy AI, especially on Legendary, is certainly not lacking. Checkpoints are well-placed, and vehicles aren't far overpowered (I felt like they were in Halo 3). Even the inclusion of Space combat missions felt well-placed and broke up the monotony very well.



There are nine main chapters, which will take you roughly 6 hours to beat on the Normal difficulty. While this may seem short to some of you out there, it felt to me like the absolute perfect length. The ending is one of the best I've seen, and for the first time in a long while I don't feel like there was no closure. Far too often do games end with either a chance for a sequel, or an ending that seemed abrupt. Halo: Reach tells an epic story from start to finish, and at no point left me wanting more.

Multiplayer naturally returns and is stronger than ever. Online Matchmaking is included with new maps, a few new modes, and a Credit system to unlock new armors and other goodies. With the new abilities (Armor Lock, Jet-packs, Hologram, etc), multiplayer is going to be full of new strategies. Becoming what the game calls a "Jumper" (an enemy with a Jet-pack), is going to be something you want to become a Pro at. Jet-packing into enemy territory, Sniper Rifle sights engaged, and picking your enemies off one-by-one is a feeling that doesn't get much better. Firefight returns as well, this time with Online Matchmaking (if that wasn't a "WTF?!" moment in ODST, I don't know what is). Along with Classic Firefight mode, there are other modes such as Gruntocalypse, Rocket Fight, and a new Firefight mode where you play a set number of rounds to win.

The Credit system is something that I feel is going to draw a lot of people in. You can gain credits in both Online Matchmaking and Online Firefight, and offline modes such as Firefight and Forge. You can use these Credits in the Armory to unlock new Armor for your character, along with other gifts such as different Matchmaking voices and special effects for when you die (such as Confetti and Hearts spewing from your dead character). Bungie was smart here by resetting all Credits of those few that are accumulating them pre-release, and also keeping track of those attained offline so that players aren't just cheating the system to get the best stuff.

Overall Halo: Reach is absolutely amazing. I can really tell that Bungie took their time, listened to the fans, took their experiences from the past ten or so years, and created a game that they are very proud of. The only, and I mean the only, complaint that I have is that the pacing during the story can be a little slow. Waiting for the Evac seems a little awkwardly timed in certain sections. That's it though. That's all the bad I can say about Halo: Reach. The story is incredible. The graphics are top-notch. Watching the beautiful planet of Reach be ripped apart as you fight a war you know you are going to lose creates a feeling unlike any other.

I have seen this game turn myself and a friend of mine into Halo believers. It will convince those haters out there that Bungie and Halo are the real deal. If you don't own an XBOX 360, Halo: Reach is a good enough reason alone to buy one. If you are already a fan of the series, prepare to lose your job, lose your significant other, and forget that the Sun exists. Halo: Reach is going to take over your life, and guess what... you won't feel bad about it. This is a must buy for sure.

Halo has been the shooter of the decade to a lot of people. To me Halo defined the shooter once again, with awesome gameplay, beautiful scenery, and the best multiplayer. Then Halo 2 came along not as good to me but still an amazing time! Then there was a little disappointment finishing the fight for Halo 3.I won’t mention Halo 3 ODST because that was just a money grabber. But I hope Halo Reach could execute the genre, and it did. Perfect.
I always look for a good, great story in a game and Halo Reach had it. Sure it wasn’t around master chief but there were some pretty badass characters! The ending was really good just making you want more of it. The story is compelling and explosive! Guns are a blazing in this game that’s for sure. It’s just exciting this game some people will call it the best game of the decade. Kudos to Bungie for going out with a bang! They truly did the best they could with this game.
Gameplay, well it’s a shooter but with extra gadgets and stuff! I really like the multiplayer with the classes you can choose from such as you can use a jetpack, medical, sprinter; you can put loads of time into your character with the customization from head to toe all the way to your voice! (Yes you can get the master chief voice!). You will put hours into this game! The controls work really well it’s one of the perfect shooters! The gameplay is a lot of fun it’s more then a shooter it really is. You will be craving to play it more and more with the fun gameplay from where its single player or multiplayer you will love everything about it!
The sound is crisp and just perfect for every scene. It works all really well. They certainly did it with gameplay sound and just everything! This game is a one of a kind shooter. Some of you will hate it and some of you will praise it but it is the most anticipated game of the year that’s for sure. The voice acting is spot on with the animations. The graphics are outstanding for being a Halo game! They improved on everything. The graphics make the game really stand out with the great sound and the effects makes this game a perfect suit for anyone who loves a shooter and looking for a good time! Halo Reach makes me feel like playing the original Halo. The story is interesting
It is longer than Halo 3 guaranteed, with its 10 levels after you’ve completed it you will be wanting more. This game was better then I thought it was going to be. After the campaign you can do the amazing multiplayer or even firefight! It’s all fun! Firefight is a blast by yourself or with friends or even people you don’t know! This game is a triumph over the first person shooter genre! This game is surely worth buying. Look into this game it’s worth it! This is Bungie’s 360 moment, there best game on the 360 and possibly they ever made. This time there taking our money and not ripping us off and putting time into Reach and making it as great as possible! There’s nothing to say bad about this game it’s all just amazing no flaws until we get the fun glitches ha-ha!
This defines Halo and defines the genre as one of the best shooters around today, making everything work with the great gameplay, to the sound, voice acting, graphics, all the way to the ground breaking story. There is just so much to do with this game. You will have endless amounts of fun, details in everything in Reach. It’s a spectacular game that you don’t see very often and you will be playing it for a long, long time. It’s so close of being perfect it’s not even funny! The atmosphere is triumphant. There is no Halo killer this year that’s for sure.
May Spartans stand tall. Show all your glory to one of the most beloved respected titles of the decade. Hail to the King Baby! This is 2can.

dann ist es zwar günstiger, aber der reiz des neuen ist dann weg. zumal ich ja auch
den sp im ccop zocken wollen würde. das wär schon geil mit tyler, wednesday und
hendriko. stell ich mir schon fett vor! und sowas geht eben nicht mehr in ein paar
monaten, wenn jeder das spiel schon 5x durch hat.

It’s a spectacular game that you don’t see very often and you will be playing it for a long, long time. It’s so close of being perfect it’s not even funny! The atmosphere is triumphant. There is no Halo killer this year that’s for sure.

mh, irgendwie ist es nicht so meins. das ständige spawnen nervt mich
auch. so als sei es völlig wurscht, ob man 10 mal draufgeht in einer runde.
finde da kriegsgebiet in gears 1000x cooler. da gibt man wenigstens alles, weil man
weiß, dass man eben nicht spawnt.
Das kann man ja Easy einstellen.
Nehmen wir z.b. den Modus Angriff, dort musst du ne Bombe zu den gegner bringen und beschützen bis sie explodiert.
Davon gibt es dann 3 Variationen, einmal hat jedes team ne bombe, einmal nur eins und beim anderen liegt eine neutrale Bombe in der Mitte.
Im Standart hat man da ein Zeitlimit und unendlich leben. Aber du kannst ganz Simpel einstellen "Leben pro Runde = 1" dann ist das fast wie counterstrike. Oder su setzt nur die Respawnzeit hoch, das wer 30sec warten muss wenn er stirbt, du kannst sogar sagen er muss 60sec warten wenn er ein Teammitglied killt ^^
Dann gibts da noch erweitere Optionen dort kannst du dann sagen das alle toten spieler nach dem Ende eines Intervalls respawnen, wie in manchen spielen üblich. Dann kannst du noch einstellen das jeder Tot die Respawnzeit um 2,3,4... sec erhöht und wiederrum durch ein Kill 2,3,4....sec gesenkt wird.
Und dann kannst du noch einstellen was für Bonis/Handicap der Spieler wie lange nach dem Respwn hat, Z,b, Weniger/Mehr schade/Schild/Leben/Lebenreg/Laufgeschwindigkeit usw.

Und das waren jetzt nur die Einstellungen im bereich Respawn.
Das ist ein Unterpunkt unter Grundeinstellungen welches ein unterpunkt der Spieleoptionen ist ^^

edit:
also wenn du am Ende ein Counterstrike Modus haben willst brauchst nur:
-Leben auf 1 setzen
-Schild Ausstellen
-Leben hochstellen
-Ein Angriff Modus wählen mit einer bombe
-Sprunghöhe senken
-Radar aus

Das wäre dann ein komplett anderes spiel ^^

ok, das klingt in der tat ganz cool :)


dann ist es zwar günstiger, aber der reiz des neuen ist dann weg. zumal ich ja auch
den sp im ccop zocken wollen würde. das wär schon geil mit tyler, wednesday und
hendriko. stell ich mir schon fett vor! und sowas geht eben nicht mehr in ein paar
monaten, wenn jeder das spiel schon 5x durch hat.

Ehm, in Slayer logischerweise nicht. Wenn du 10x stirbst und dabei 5 Kills hast, steht es 10:5 für den Gegner ;-)
 
sodele, grad eben zufälligerweise über ne limited gestolpert. da musst ich natürlich zuschlagen^^. bekomm es jetzt morgen zwar noch 2 mal aber der abend is es mir wert ich hoff ich find ein paar die mit mir den multiplayer unsicher machen ;)

mist hat sich ja grad erledigt...spiel is ja usk 18, darf ich sicherlich nich

Meins wurde auch verschickt, wenn ich Glück habe kann ich morgen schon zocken. Crappygrotte äh Edelgrotte sei dank :)
 
Gametail hats ebenfalls schon verschickt, Bestätigungsmail bekommen - aber ich bezweifle, dass es morgen aus UK hier ist ;)
