They've eliminated a lot of these hurdles [on PS4] and x86 makes it much more plausible that we can do it."

For now, "it's definitely a realistic possibility and something we'd like to happen, but we're not entirely sure we can deliver on that." He said it's a bit of an inverse scenario for Paradox, where the developer wants to ensure its PS4 game isn't interpreted as "a cheap PC port on console."

Bester Konsolenlaunch wo gibt. Ich denke da werde ich mind. 700€ zuücklassen, wenn die Konsole bei 399€ liegen wird.

Glaube kaum, dass das alles auf einmal zum Launch/Launch Window kommen wird. Zumindest bei Titeln wie The Witcher 3 bin ich mir sicher dass man es nicht rechtzeitig schaffen wird.
Bisher wars ja immer so dass das Spieleangebot dann doch nicht so toll war wie viele dachten. Wäre für Entwickler auch der Overkill wenn die gleich alles raushauen.

Die Entwickler haben gegenüber joystiq übrigens bestätigt, dass die erste Episode zum Launch der PS4 bereitstehen wird.

PC Entwickler stellen was zum Launch bereit, wer hätte das damals bei der PS3 gedacht? Da haben selbst Sonystudios Jahre gebraucht

Mark Cerny war genau die richtige Wahl und ober mir einen Post sieht man auch warum. Ein ehemals PC/360 Exklusiv erscheint auf die PS4 noch bevor sie launcht. Sony schaffte bisher ein stetigen Zuwachs an Entwicklern und Publishern von der PS1 bis zur PS3 das war ansich schon beachtlich, aber das was uns mit der PS4 erwartet wird einfach nur PORNO!

But what consoles would be likely to see a DayZ title in the future? At the moment it seems like the PS4 may be the leading candidate. The Witcher 3: Portierung auf PS4 problemlos möglich

CD Projekt Red hat keine Probleme, The Witcher 3 vom PC auf die PS4 zu portieren. Das sagte Managing Director Adam Badowski. Aufgrund der verwandten Architektur zum PC, sollte die Umsetzung ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich sein.

"Es ist zwar eine andere Plattform, aber sehr PC-ähnlich, was sehr cool ist", sagt Badowski. Release: 2014 (Europa)

Double Fine hat PS4 Def-Kits

Speaking to Schafer at this year’s PAX East he told me, “Let me just say we’ve been talking with Sony, can I say that? I don’t know, I think I might get in trouble”. Apparently the studio was approached by Sony directly, something that he considers unusual, “because we’re not Bungie, or let me put that in PlayStation terms, we’re not Insomniac”.

Schafer says, “This is one of the first times where we’ve been approached by a platform holder like Sony and asked, ‘first, what do you guys want from this new box? We have this new feature, what could you do with it?’” He then admits, “We’ve already got some guys playing with some of the new features to see what we can do with it”.

Das heißt jetz nicht, dass Double Fine an ein PS4 Game arbeitet aber Sony dürfte wirklich alles richtig zu machen in der Next Gen.
