- J-Stars Victory Vs+ (PS4/PS3/PS Vita, Bandai Namco)
Freigegeben ab 12 Jahren gemäß § 14 JuSchG
ew gameplay from the anime crossover game J-Stars Victory VS+ is here! It features Ichigo Kurosaki vs Sosuke Aizen (Bleach) and Gintoki Sakata (Gintama) vs Koro-sensei (Assassination Classroom). The game, which will contain English subtitles with a Japanese voice track, will be released on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita this Summer in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Australasia as both a physical copy and digital download. Saiyan Island hopes to keep you up-to-date as more information as it is officially announced by Bandai Namco Entertainment, which is the new name for the company formerly known as Bandai Namco Games.
Siliconera had the opportunity to interview producer Koji Nakajima and learn some rather interesting (and I guess surprising) details about the upcoming J-Stars Victory Vs. +. First off, the game and both the PS3 and PS4 versions will run at 30fps due to “game balance”.
This was the reason Koji Nakajima gave for keeping it 30fps:
We created this game to work at 30fps so when you consider the game balance this cannot be changed even on PS4.
The roster will be exactly the same as the Japanese version so don’t expect any new characters to show up in this version.
Lastly, the producer comments on the graphical differences in J-Stars Victory Vs. + and said it will be upscaled on the PS4 so the textures will more or less look the same as the PS3 version.
Ever since J-Stars Victory Vs. was announced in Japan, people have been hoping their favorite Weekly Shonen Jump characters to make the cut (and rightfully so). The problem isn’t when fans ask for Yugi, Kinnikuman and Yoh, but when they ask for characters from Zach Bell, Fairy Tail and Inuyasha.
The problem with the community is that a good portion can’t tell when a manga series is from Weekly Shonen Jump, Weekly Shonen Sunday or Weekly Shonen Magazine.
J-Stars is a fighting game that puts a lot of the Weekly Shonen Jump characters together and Sunday vs Magazine is a game that puts Weekly Shonen Sunday characters (like Inuyasha) as well as Weekly Shonen Magazine together (like Fairy Tail).
When this game was announced for the PSP, I haven’t seen anyone complain that Luffy or Naruto wasn’t in the game because it was understood (for the most part) only characters from Weekly Shonen Sunday and Weekly Shonen Magazine would be included in the roster.
I’ve debated with many about this and I’m sure some of you have too. I’ve even met some people that allegedly “canceled” their pre-order for the original Japanese release because it didn’t have Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist.
If I had to guess why some can’t tell whether a series is from Weekly Shonen Jump or not, it would probably be due to lack of research or simply the fact that they would love to see that character in a game like J-Stars regardless if it makes sense or not.
Why Do Fans Insist On Asking For Non-Weekly Shonen Jump Characters In J-Stars?
Das kann ich beantworten: weil die "Fans" es nicht besser wissen und keine Ahnung haben was Jump-Serien sind.
Bestimmt Attack on Titan Fans. :v:
