Neues zur Philosophie hinter Crystal Bearers:

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers is one of the most anticipated Wii games at the moment and Square Enix has now gone on record about the RPG. Speaking with GamesRadar at the Square Enix Party 2007 a couple of days ago, Executive Producer Akitoshi Kawazu and Director Toshiyuki Itahana spoke openly about the Wii game, plus the DS version 'Ring of Fates' was talked about by Director Mitsuru Kamiyama.
Starting things off, it was revealed that smooth movement and attacking is now possible thanks to the Wii's controller, and that the nunchuk device is also used for different purposes, depending on the particular scenario. But for those hoping to have the Wii and DS games link-up, it looks like it is not yet happening. According to Kawazu-san "Once the Wii units start making it into more and more households and the network capabilities - the infrastructure and such - become much more solid, then we would like to start contemplating these concepts." This kind of implies that this is certainly not the last we will see of the Crystal Chronicles side of Final Fantasy.
Square Enix wanted to provide a very rich solo player experience with the Wii edition, working on "a whole new direction in terms of the worldview". Itahana-san added that whilst the team was indeed aiming to use the hardware to its full capacity, however "We don't want things like hardware specs and how hardware is used to interfere...so that the original vision is lost, or that it is taken over by a feature in the hardware, or whatever."
