im grunde genommen interessiert den mainstreamgamer sowas wie hype doch keine bohne denn die wollen eh nur fifa und cod zocken und deshalb holen die sich die konsole die ein freund auch hat

(That last bit is supposition on my part.)

Price. Microsoft will initially offer two pricing models for the console, offering a standalone version for $499 and then a $299 version that requires a two-year Xbox LIVE Gold commitment at an expected price of $10 per month.

No entertainment box. Microsoft originally planned to offer both a “full” version of the next Xbox (with video game playing capabilities) and a lower-end entertainment-oriented version, codenamed “Yuma,” that did not provide video gaming capabilities. But plans for Yuma are on hold and no pure entertainment version of the next Xbox will appear in 2013 (or possibly ever).

Blu-ray. The next Xbox will include a Blu-ray optical drive.

Internet-connected. The next Xbox must be internet-connected to use. This is source of the “always on”/“always online” rumors and isn’t as Draconian as many seem to believe.
 
Early announce. The initial reveal date was pushed back from April 24 to May 21 so that Microsoft could better position the device against the PlayStation 4, which Sony announced in late February.

Jetzt soll Yuma plötzlich doch nicht mehr kommen?! Es war doch die Rede davon das es eine veränderte XBox 360 werden soll und nicht eine abgespeckte Durango? Die Gerüchte widersprechen sich ja immer und immer wieder hier.
Always on kommt ja auch langsam wieder auf, obwohl das ja angeblich nur für die XBox-Mini sein sollte. Sollte die XBox Mini die Yuma sein oder wie?

Sehr merkwürdig alles im Moment, da möchten wohl die Seiten noch Klicks produzieren, oder sie haben alle falsch von sich abgeschrieben :oops:

Anonsten kommt es ganz auf die Spiele an. Der Preis von 399-449 war zu erwarten. Mal sehen ob Microsoft win paar coole Ankündigungen bezüglich neuer IPs macht. Bei mir ist das Problem, dass mich Halo oder Fable nie gereizt haben mir eine Xbox zu kaufen, obwohl alle meine Freunde eine haben, da ich nicht so der Online-Gamer hin. Ich spiele zwar sehr gerne lokal Halo, aber ansonsten...bisher fand ich die Franchises die Sony diese Genration weitergeführt bzw. eingeführt hat deutlich interessanter. Ich würde mich über eine neue Action-Adventure IP freuen, Remedy arbeitet ja an Alan Wake 2, oder? Ich habe Alan Wake seit Monaten bereits auf dem PC, müsste ich mal spielen. :P
