Some info from Wrestling Observer's radio show:
*Deal was in the works for months
*ROH TV (the usual Sinclair version) will air every Wednesday
*DA are syndicating the show
*DA's issue with TNA was advertising, they're paying money, and it's not financially viable
*ROH makes a bit of money off the deal, DA gets a wrestling show for significantly less than Impact
*The ROH show will be the lead-in for Impact for the next four months
*ROH signed up for 26 weeks of TV (likely the end of the year)
*If things go well with ROH and DA, ROH may get to do special live events on DA
*This allows ROH to air their show to markets who don't have Sinclair stations (NYC, Chicago etc)
*No relationship between ROH and TNA
*No-one in TNA knew about the DA/ROH deal until today
*MAYBE three people in ROH knew
*ROH planned for the news to break on May 27th for a long time
*Samoa Joe can work anywhere, including promotions with TV, as long as they don't have national TV, so this may preclude him appearing
*Dixie Carter is having a conference call with the TNA wrestlers
