Final Fantasy XII can be made wait! Indeed, large absent from this edition of Tokyo Game Show, Public garden-Enix will reveal the eleventh episode of the series on next 19 November during a meeting in Japan. The official site of the play even learns to us that one will be able to see there the first images, artworks and other media on this date.
According to the first bits of information, this opus directed by Mr Matsuno would be much more tactical than the precedents, with an environment which would be close to the ' retro-futuriste'; while waiting, let us recall that Final Fantasy XII is envisaged out of Playstation 2 for the year 2004.

Public garden-Enix accepts from now on until November 5 the inscriptions for the contest making it possible to gain places to take part in the exclusive presentation of Final Fantasy XII on next 19 November Ropongi Hills in Tokyo! 100 gaining will receive before November 13 their ticket of entry. http://www.ff12.com/entry.html
In addition, Public garden-Enix signed today an agreement with INTEL to conceive and publish video games online and offline on support PC and mobile.

Square Enix verschiebt Final Fantasy XII
31.10.03 - Square Enix hat gegenüber der Nachrichtenagentru Bloomberg bestätigt, dass das Rollenspiel Final Fantasy XII erst im nächsten Geschäftsjahr 2004/2005 in Japan ausgeliefert wird. Bislang war die Veröffentlichung im laufenden Geschäftsjahr geplant, das am 31.03.04 endet.
Stattdessen will man bis März 2004 das Rollenspiel Dragon Quest V (PS2) ausliefern, das vor einigen Tagen enthüllt wurde.

Hoffentlich zeigen dann sie wenigstens mal die ersten Infos in 3 Wochen.

Naja, das Geschäftsjahr endet März 2005 und dann muss es auch erstmal portiert werden, was auch wieder 1/2 - 1 Jahr dauern kann. Pessimistisch gesehen kommts also 2006

@ vincent, du wartest doch nicht etwa auf die pal-version, oder? pal-spieler werden von square doch eh nur verarscht!
Nein natürlich nicht. Ich habe noch nie ein pal-FF gespielt und das hat seinen guten Grund.
Am liebsten wäre mir japanische Sprachausgabe mit englischen Untertiteln oder ne japanische International Version. Ansonsten kommt mir bei RPG's nur die US-Version ins Haus alles andere ist ein Graus.
