A silicon test engineer position with primary responsibilities of developing, releasing, improv-ing, and maintaining test programs for image sensor and/or mixed signal devices. This person will work with design, product engineering, and system teams to develop and improve test programs for
new products, ensuring products meet quality requirements and development schedules. In addition, this position will be expected to correlate test programs over multiple locations, assist in developing characterization programs, and work with outside vendors on test hardware development.
This position requires a BSEE (MSEE preferred) with 5 years experience in test engineering positions. Some travel within the US and to Europe and Asia may be required.
Skill set:
- Test engineering - has developed test programs and released
from prototype stage to pro-duction
o Familiar with both
wafer sort and package level testing
o Familiar with
test hardware development for both wafer sort and package test
o Has developed characterization programs to characterize devices over
process, voltage, temperature ranges
- Image sensor testing experience preferred - releasing at least 1 product to production
o Mixed signal testing experience is OK, if no image sensor experience available
- Experience on Teradyne IP750/J750 ATE platform
- Experience troubleshooting vectors, test programs, and devices to identify yield limiters and test program issues
- Experience releasing test programs to offshore vendors
- Ideally, has experience using matlab and JMP software tools for data analysis

- Provide feedback to factory on failure diagnostic
- Evaluate new tests and process changes
- Conduct targeted experiments at factory for mfg and quality improvement
- Ensure proper processes and documentations at manufacturing and test operations
- Drives implementation of best practices
- Drives continuous process improvement initiatives
- Approve and assists with implementation of procedures, process changes and/or ECNs
- Provides repair/defect feedback to Mfg and engineering as well as recommendations for
product improvements where possible

Qualifications Should Include:
- Minimum of 12 years of demonstrated work experience in engineering design / manufactu-ring environment, including high volume consumer electronics
- Demonstrated ability to
manage large projects/programs.
- BS degree in Manufacturing, Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical.
- Strong working knowledge of domestic and/or international business practices.
- Strong demonstrated ability to write, speak and present information effectively and persua-sively across communication settings.
- Demonstrated experience in re-engineering efforts and statistical analysis such as Six Sigma.
- Self-sufficient PC skills: Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, MS project, etc.
Ich denke weiterhin, dass MS sich mit voller Kraft auf die Produktion der X3 konzentriert. Die Frage ist ob wir auf der E3 etwas davon sehen werden. Die Stellenangebote von Rare und Lionhead und die Vorstellung der UE 4 deuten darauf hin. Jedoch bleibe ich sehr skeptisch. Bis zur E3 sind es noch 2 Wochen und bis jetzt hat man noch kein „handfestes“ Gerüchte, von wirklichen Infos mal ganz zu schweigen, gehört. Infos zur Wii U (aka „Project Café“) waren ja schon im April durchgesickert.
Ich kann es aber tatsächlich auch nicht mehr erwarten bis MS etwas Spektakuläres zeigt :o. Glauben kann ich es aber nicht
