Xbox360 2. XBox360 Thread

Meine Elite lief auch ohne Probleme, hab mir aber trotzdem die Slim vor 1 Monat gekauft xD
 
Gut noch ne 360 hol ich mir nicht mehr, da warte ich auf die Nextbox, PS4 oder WiiU.
 
Nur mal so zur Info:

Man kann die Garantie der 360 für 20€ für ein Jahr verlängern. Das geht auf myservice.xbox.com und läuft dann natürlich auch direkt über Microsoft. Geht aber auch nur wenn die Konsole noch in der Garantie ist und wenn man eine Kreditkarte hat.

Meine Xbox History:

- Xbox Premium 20 GB, 5 mal eingeschickt wegen Laufwerk, danach war sie außerhalb der Garantie wieder defekt
- Xbox Arcade, 3 mal eingeschickt wegen Laufwerk, danach wieder außerhalb der Garantie defekt
- Xbox S, läuft seit ca. 1,5 Jahren ohne Probleme

Mit dem Service an sich war ich immer zufrieden, habe auch einmal nen Spiel umsonst bekommen und einen Controller. Reperaturdauer war bei mir immer so im Bereich von 10 Tagen. Überhaupt kann ich nichts gegen den Support sagen, hat sich in den letzten Jahren stark verbessert, die gehen mit einem am Telefon auch die Routereinstellungen durch um die Ports zu öffnen, auch wenn das 60 Minuten dauert, obwohl die theoretisch sagen könnten das dies eher ne Sache des Router ist und nicht direkt mit der Xbox zu tun hat. Die Telekom / Provider XYZ interessiert es in der Regel nicht wenn man die Ports nicht öffnen kann solange die Leitung halt steht sagen die in der Regel das es nicht deren Bier ist.
 
meine alte Xbox360 musste ich 4 mal einschicken, als sie dann das letzte mal bei mir ankam,
habe ich sie so einem idioten auf einem zivildienst seminar verkauft.

hoffentlich wird das mit der X3 anders, kein bock mehr auf UPS.
 
gibts ihrgend ne alternative zu denn hdds? habe noch die fat und die sind ganz schön teuer.hatte im netz mal ne anleitug gefunden wie man aus ner normalen hdd ne x360hdd machen kann.hatt das jemand schon mal probiert???
mit usb ist nur 32gb oder 2X16gb möglich
(X360Fat 250gb 80€) (X360slim 320gb 72€) normale hdd 320gb 50-60€
 
Gibt es eigentlich eine Liste auf der man nachschauen kann, welche US-NTSC oder Japan-NTSC Spiele auf einer europäischen Xbox 360 laufen?
Also CoD: Modern Warfare zB läuft ja definitv in Europa.
Ich war letzte Woche in den USA und stand im Laden vor der XBox 360-Version von Bioshock Infinite. Da ich jedoch nirgends herausfinden konnte ob das Spiel bei mir läuft habe ich den Kauf lieber sein lassen. Stattdessen habe ich dann lieber ein PS3 Game mitgenommen, da kann man sich immerhin sicher sein dass das Spiel läuft. :-P

Ehrlich Leute, ihr musstet eure Konsolen teilweise 5-7 mal einschicken und feiert das als "Service"? :ugly:
 
Xbox 360 adds dedicated Twitch app for Gold members in the US

Livestreaming platform Twitch is launching a dedicated app on the Xbox 360 that will allow players to view streaming content directly through the console, the company announced today.

The app is available to download through the Xbox Live Marketplace for U.S. Xbox Live Gold members. The app grants access to the top 300 live channels on the Twitch platform, and allows users to browse by channel or game as well as look through a dedicated category for featured content.

According to a statement from Twitch, the service has grown to more than 34 million unique viewers each month since its initial launch at E3 2011.

"Our app for Xbox 360 brings Twitch video to the television and into the living room of millions of Xbox Live members for the first time," said Twitch CEO Emmett Shear. "The app will let every Xbox Live gamer find and watch streams of their favorite games from their couch. Given the huge number Xbox owners and how many of them love gaming spectatorship, it's a natural fit to bring the Twitch experience to the 360."

Twitch will stream an exclusive broadcast featuring Microsoft's Larry Hryb immediately following the next Xbox unveiling on May 21. The stream will kick off at 3 p.m. ET and will be available to view on both Twitch's website and through the Xbox 360 app.

Earlier this month Twitch announced audio equipment manufacturer Turtle Beach would become the platform's official audio partner. The company previously announced partnerships with Activision and Ubisoft to bring in-game streaming to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 as well as TrackMania 2: Canyon and ShootMania Storm through Twitch's service.

Mal sehen was es zu uns kommt. Clever so kurz vor dem XboxReveal-Event da auch eine exklusive Twitch-After-Show mit Major Nelson kommt.
 
Finde ich nett. Ich bin momentan eh noch mit meiner 360 sowas von glücklich, dass ich noch gar keine Next Gen benötige und da passt es mir sehr gut, dass das Teil noch weiterhin ordentlich unterstützt wird. Zumal ich auch von meiner Halo 4 360 noch länger was haben will. ^^
 
Abseits der Xbox One wird es wohl eine neue Xbox 360-Revision auf der E3 geben; 99 Euro Xbox 360 incoming?

Microsoft Game Studios exec Phil Spencer has declared that the company will continue to support the Xbox 360 platform for "years to come," despite revealing its long-term next generation plans yesterday with Xbox One.

Speaking to Gamespot, Spencer also claimed that the company has a "huge" Xbox 360 announcement up its sleeve for next month's E3.

"I think the [Xbox 360] is going to be very vibrant for many years. In fact, we have a huge [Xbox 360] announcement for E3 that I keep wanting to talk about, but I can't," Spencer said. "I think it will surprise people. I loved what we did last year with Minecraft; bring Minecraft to the box; six million units later it's kind of a beast. I think there's a lot of life in the [Xbox 360] for years to come."

Any thoughts as to what that 'huge' announcement might be? Meanwhile, Microsoft hardware group general manager Leo Del Castillo recently told OXM that the Xbox One is designed to be more about flexibility and elegance than sheer brute force.
