Impressions from the Micromania in Paris^^

I' m back from the Micromania Game Show 2006 here in Paris. It was very crowded. They distributed some kind of tickets to enter in a booth so that you could play.
For the PS3 they distributed 50 tickets for one person every 30 minutes, and you could only play for 5 minutes. But As I was lucky to have a press badge and my teammates managed to bargain so that we could spent all the time we could to play. I played about 3 hours.
I' ve tried all the next gen consoles and they look absolutely fantastic.
Got really good impressions of the PS3.
The console is beautiful , the Sixaxis really light but the shoulder buttons or the new triggers are kinda wierd.

Resistance is awesome but I found the controls a little bit difficult , and the aiming with the right joystick really hard to aim at the ennemies.

MotorStorm is gorgeous as hell ans the game feels really good, beautiful graphics , and the speed of the game has increased but it's really hard to keep up on the tracks.

Genji 2 surprised me, I finished the first one, and the game is damn beautiful ; the colors are awesome and the gameplay mechanics is already good , as long as the switch partner system.

Formula one and GT HD are awesome, I can't really describe them but it looks so much better in motion than in pics. ( unfortunately I could' n t take any movies , i just had a camera ).

Virtua Tennis 3 is smooth , they have added some animations to the game for PS3 and it's really amazing , it plays very well. A must buy for the fans of this series.

Virtua Fighter 5, I could desribe it as the most beautiful fighting game ever made ( graphically ). NOthing to say , the pictures will speak themselves.

All of the games are really smooth and I didn't notice any framerate drops.
They were demos from the TGS , So formula 1 and MotorStorm were in Japanese for example.

Besonders Motorstorm macht sich sehr gut..
Resistance: F.o.M sieht auch sehr gut aus.. und wie welche DIESES Setting mit dem vom GoW vergleichen kann .. omg. Das sind Grundverschiedene Spiele mit verschiedenen Aspeckten. Aber hier hör ich dann wohl lieber auf
evtl. checken es die leutz von selbst irgentwann

Meine Meinung zu den PS3 Spielen:

Resistance bleibt weiterhin absolutes graues Mittelmaß.

Motorstorm sieht unglaublich gut aus (und das ist glaube ich noch das TGS Build). Europäer konnte nichts besseres passieren, als dass dieses Spiel etwas verschoben wurde. Bin mir sicher, die drei Monate wird man dem Spiel deutlich anmerken.
Hoffentlich wird's noch ein bisschen schneller, die Videos von dem Paris Event sind doch noch sehr langsam, man will immer "anschieben helfen", zu träge das ganze noch für meinen Geschmack.

Ansonsten wird wohl AC storytechnisch mit den ganzen Verschwörungen usw. ganz großes Kino. Die Grafik ist bei diesem Spiel nicht so wichtig, ist aber auch sehr stimmig. Das ist für mich ein richtiges Next-Gen Spiel, mit viel Interaktion, guter Präsentation und Story. Daumen hoch.

Resistance überzeugt mich nach wie vor überhaupt nicht.
Aber Motorstorm scheint ein Kracher zu werden.
Das wäre auch das erste Spiel, welches ich mir für die PS3 kaufen würde.
Im Online-Modus rockt das bestimmt

Die GT Automodelle sind mal wieder genial. Die Berge sind auch sehr gut. In den Videos ist aber etwas viel Aliasing und Flimmern. Außerdem könnte der Straßenrand hochauflösender sein und Reifenspuren auf dem Asphalt wären auch nicht schlecht.

:eek2: bisher sah das game doch immer so schei... aus den screen find ich genial nich umbedingt wegen der grafik sondern da ich finde das er ne super stimmung rüberbringt
Bitte last das ganze game so werden...

Motorstorm sieht mitlerweile echt verdammt gut aus und scheint auch die nötige geschwindigkeit ereicht zu haben wird bestimmt ein fettes game...

Resistance sieht zwar mitlerweile sehr gut aus (hübschester egoshoter bisher wie ich denke) allerdings ist mir dieses ewige WW Kriegsseting langsam über und des game kommt mir halt irgenwie wie ein COD mit Alliens rüber...
