Alongside Chaos Rings III Prequel Trilogy, Square Enix will be releasing Chaos Rings III for iOS and Android devices. The differences between these two version remain unknown, but they both will be released in Japan on 16th October.

High School DxD Gets A Free To Play Game For PlayStation Vita

The PlayStation Vita has been getting quite a few free-to-play titles recently, with the likes of Judas Code and others. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine reveals that a High School DxD game will also be added to the Vita’s library of free-to-play games.

While details are light at the moment, the game will revolve around the High School DxD that we’ve seen thus far in light novel and anime forms. It’ll be a free-to-play game with micro-transactions, as a “slightly erotic harem RPG” for PlayStation Vita.

The motto of the game is “Work together! Friendship! And a slightly erotic school harem RPG”

More details on High School DxD’s upcoming PlayStation Vita title will be revealed in the near future.

In other news, I’ve recently been hearing whispers about a new PS2 Classics release on PSN. Apparently, Shin Megami Tensei: Lucifer’s Call (which was fully translated in to English, French and German by the way) is currently in test with Sony. While I’m hopeful that this will mean you’ll soon be able to purchase Lucifer’s Call on PSN, it is worth bearing in mind that PS2 emulation problems can still occur at this stage of the submissions procedure, so I’m keeping everything crossed it will pass first time!

Speaking of the Shin Megami Tensei series of PS2 games, I’m also pleased and somewhat relieved to be able to tell you that SMT: Digital Devil Saga is now available on all Sony European PSN Stores. Apologies for all those who have been kept waiting :).

High School Dx D is getting a free-to-play PlayStation Vita game that’s considered a “slightly erotic harem RPG” made by Marvelous. This week’s issue of Famitsu magazine shares more on the game play on what it’s all about.

In High School Dx D New Fight, you’ll go through the game’s main story written by series creator Ichiei Ishibumi, while taking on all kinds of quests, featuring battles with all kinds of girls, with over 50 of them seen in the first two seasons of the anime.

The girls can be recruited by completing quests or through a random capsule-like feature. There’s also a feature that lets you change their costumes.

After battles, you can participate in a “Dress-Break” mini-game that lets you destroy clothing off the girls, and by doing so, you can get them to join your team.

Additionally, High School Dx D New Fight also has a couple online features, including one with online co-op and another with a competitive versus mode. More details on these features will be revealed on a later date.

High School Dx D New Fight will be released sometime this summer in Japan for PlayStation Vita.
