Nintendo wird nicht mehr auf konventionelle Weise auf Drittanbieter zurückgreifen;
Es wird deffinitiv auf der Tokio-Game-Show die Revolution vorgestellt inc. Videos;
Sonic will be on the Revolution!

I have received confirmation that Sonic will indeed be on the Revolution.
It will be the same title as on the Xbox 360 however there will be a bonus feature exclusive to the Revolution.
More to Come on this in the near future.

visor........yep(optional)
gyroscope controller..........yep
touch screen..................yep
my Ea source emailed this today and he spilled the beans. 2 people he worked with were fired yesterday because of leaks.
This Thursday (Fri?) Nintendo will reveal the controller as well as the COMPLETE Revolution system.
There are 3 pieces to the system:
Main unit
Visor
Controller
The system will be released June in Japan/August USA
late fall Europe.
$299 for *basic system* and $399 for *visor system*
Both systems will have the gyro controller/touch screen.
The visor has 3 screens. They appear as one when wearing them. Theres a left screen, right screen, and bottom screen that runs the lenght of both other screens.
The visor is called "Nintendo On"
You can play with the visor or without. Visor adds 3d layovers as well as added effects. ALL games will have the option to turn on or off the visor effects.
He's play 2 games with the visor and said Nintendos new *toy* will OWN this generation.
He said as gimicky as this sound that it is the most immersive experience he's ever had while playing a video game. He said the effects added by the visor had him jumping and added that when "flying" he actually got vertigo. The effects have to be seen to be believed.
Something, he said, Nintendo will have a hard time showing.Especially on television/ads, etc.
Friday will prove all of this true.
And no, the visor isnt the big/bulcky thing shown around the net. Its small and very lightweight and will sell seperately for $99.
The company that developed the gyroscope controllers is located in Ireland. The company that helped with the visor is located in Japan (not Nintendo).
He's sending me a drawing of it later tonite. I WILL NOT BE POSTING THIS so dont ask.
Just a few more days.
He said the touch screen is intuitive and a MUST for different configurations for older games.
There are buttons as well. Gyroscope,he said, was kind of annoying but the controllers have an off button located on the bottom.
The controllers also *twist*.
Screen resolution for visor is 1024x768. Monitor resolution is lower.
He said the visors were sleek and comfortable. They are wireless as well as the controllers. When you turn your head more that 30 degrees the visor shuts off.
This is what I just received via email along with the drawings.
wait and see is all I can say.
I probably should have just keeped my big mouth shut but...what the hey.
The reasoning behind my buddy giving up the info is because it could now be anyone of several people.
He said he knows that one of the ones fired posted this same info earlier (Friday?)
This guy sent me pix of the VMU for the dreamcast long before anyone in the public had seen them. I now have 4 very detailed drawings (his wife actually did them in Adobe Illlustrator). They look to be real. As far as logically being usefull.
The touch screen is on the righthand side and the buttons (3) are on the lefthand side. There are 2 shoulder triggers,a start button and a headphone jack, and an on/off button for the gyro. (Its labeled loop for some reason).
It pivots at the center about 45 degrees forward/backwards. He said that the gyromotion actually made him drop the controller twice but was told that it will be "calmed down" before release.
He said once people have the Revolution experience that the other systems will loose alot of their appeal.
He also said that Nintendo feels that they will have a brief period of people not "getting" it but once this period is over and the reviewers get ahold of the working machine that this machine will indeed revolutionize gaming forever. All future Playstation/Xboxes, etc will move into the Virtual Reality realm.
Nintendo has turned a dream into reality for this next generation.
Wait and see. God I hope so. If for nothing else than my own butt : )
I think posting all this info may have been a big mistake.
I should have anticipated all the negative responses and just left well enough alone.
Go ahead and kill the messenger. But if Friday comes and everything i've stated here on gamefaqs proves true I hope those naysayers will at least own up and apologize.
They wont.
What I did here was pass along what I firmly believe is some truly amazing *inside* information.
BTW, my friend just sent me a link to one of the employees who got fired for leaking info has posted some pix of the box art for both the controllers and visor as well as a pic of the visor itself.
Its on his website. I've just seen them and I know NOW that what my friend has passed along is 100% true. There is NO WAY that he would have gone thru this much trouble faking these and the pic of the visor look a LOT more plausible than the illustration his wife made.
Her illustraions of the controllers were spot on but the visor, while she did get it right, were proportionately off.
I'm gonna post the link on another Nintendo forum.
Go and find it.
Once Friday arrives I'll be hailed as a hero here.
I posted the link on another forum.
Why wouldnt I post it here?
Think about it. The link will soon be discovered anyways and you folks will see it. You will then believe. Friday arrives and i'm the hero of gamefaqs.
I can see it now..."DAJZILLA WAS RIGHT!!"
That and the fact i'm holding out gives me the feeling of power : )
My friend also said that this website will be shut down by the big N VERY quickly. His former employer knows of the site and is seeking legal action.
I've got the pics/illustrations. They will soon be all OVER the net.
Alright gentlemen...and maybe one lady.
Our Nintendo Rep gave us a call today at our store, she was in Arizona for the Nintendo Nat'l convention that they hold once a year. She went to a whole bunch of meetings, got a bunch of free stuff ( The Game Boy Micro was one of them ) and got a whole bunch of info.
She told me that she is not allowed to tell me some of the stuff tomorrow due to legality. But she did tell me a couple things.... these are direct quotes....
"I can't tell you over the phone but I have alot to show you tomorrow." (She is coming to our store tomorrow to set out new VOM's. (That means Vender of the Month stand-ees which means stand-ees for new Nintendo products, games, etc.)
"The Revolution controller WILL be revealed on Sept. 16th, and Mr. Miyamoto will be in New York on the 25th and 26th to sign autographs." ( I guess there's a big store there?? )
So there you have it folks... Official news from an official source.... now let me stress something:
You can choose to believe me or not, but do not flame by calling me a liar. I have no reason to lie and/or would not just randomly make up things to get a rise out of people. I know there are a few people on this board who insist on trying to prove me wrong with the things that I post, and that is standard with any new info that is posted from someone who isn't directly involved.
But I'm giving you direct quotes from a source who knows what she is talking about, and was at these meetings.
I'm not even sure if the public was aware of the meetings in AZ. this weekend, and if that isn't posted anywhere publicly and you can find that they were held, that would be proof to my case.
So... for all who thought (Myself included) that Nintendo wasn't going to reveal the controller anytime soon, well, we were wrong... they are showing it on the 16th.
Are we ready?
16thton!!!!
For all the haters.... I hope that on the 16th I can say: I told you so!"
So I work at an EB Games in Sammamish, WA. which is about 5 minutes away from Redmond, WA. (HEADQUARTERS of Nintendo of America) Today we closed at 6:00 p.m. but at about 5:50 a guy came in wearing an NAO badge on his hip.
When asked about Nintendo he said that he works in the "Treehouse". (Which, as he explained is an area of Nintendo that works on ideas, development, and marketing.)
I jumped to the point and asked him about the controller... here was his response:
mischief "I've seen the Revolution Controller, and it's something that will absolutely set Nintendo ahead this next console race. It truly is something so revolutionary you will wonder how you played games without it before. I promise you that when the details are released you won't even have a doubt as to which console you will want to play first." The next may not be word for word but it's the main points he stated:
-Certain games: I.E. - SPLINTER CELL are working on a totally different, yet more stealth control schemes just for the REVO.
-Many companies are jumping on board due to cheap development costs and high results
-NO demo's in store, too "sensitive" and "Not enough space" to properly use the controller
-The "BIG THREE" (Mario, Metroid, Zelda) will be seen, played, and heard as you have never imagined before.
-Nintendo has the info ready to be released, and they WANT to tell us, but are so worried that other companies (Microsoft and Sony) will steal the idea, they will make the customers and gamers wait until they see final plans for PS3 and launch (Or finished Hardware) of the 360.
That's really all I remember.
Believe it, and you can doubt all you want but don't shoot the messenger.
And before you all doubt me, remember that I told you all about the DS price drop 3-4 weeks before it actually happened. (CHECK THE POST HISTORY IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME.)
