@ ubisoft:
plz summate all sold copies of catz, dogz, hamsterz, kiddz, etc and compare it to red steel!
now plz tell me what the consumers want...
thx!
PS: red steel was a launch game, with 70% rating on gamerankings.com ! it had to compete with other launch games like zelda tp, call of duty, etc. on a hardware base of zero units!
but it managed to sell over 1 million copies.
now plz imagine how good a 80-90% ranked shooter could sell on a 30 millions hardware base...
Der Thread burnt richtig :o
Ich will "Imagine: Nintendo-like Quality".Ich warte schon auf "Crapz - How to make a Wii Game"
Naja. Hab auch mal wieder danach was geschrieben.
Ja.

As a normal core gamer, would you be satisfied with the current lineup of Wii-Games from Ubisoft?
I am not sure I can answer that correctly without (a) people going mental or (b) it getting posted as Ubisoft PR.
Lets just say the Wii does not fit into my own personal "normal core gamer" demographic.
I should warn you right now, what you just said will certainly get posted by someone as an Ubisoft comment.
But here's a question I think you'll be unable to answer - which of Ubisoft's previous Wii titles, with the exception of Red Steel and the Rayman titles, and not including the games that Ubisoft are only publishing (like No More Heroes), would you have bought and enjoyed, and feel provides a quality core experience that wasn't available on another system?
If you can honestly answer this with even a single game, I will be greatly shocked. And this leads to my statement, which is that Ubisoft are getting poor sales on the Wii because they are putting out crappy games, whether they're core or casual. And now, they've decided they won't even bother with the "core" side... because apparently, it's a lot easier to shaft the casuals with crappy games.
