Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon [Wii] IGN review
9.0 Presentation
For the most part Square Enix has polished Chocobo's Dungeon to a shine. There are only a few, forgivable flaws, such as the poor lip synching. But the game runs in widescreen with progressive scan.
8.0 Graphics
The visuals are similar to the kiddie, Crystal Chronicles games, but they retain a lot of personality and charm. The animations are straight ghetto, though.
8.5 Sound
Great melodies, ranging from epic orchestral arrangements to somber organ pieces to childish piano plucks.
8.5 Gameplay
Mystery Dungeon games aren't anything new, but Square Enix has honed the formula to near perfection. It provides a great challenge without becoming frustrating.
7.5 Lasting Appeal
It will take you a while to retrieve the memories of all the citizens of Lostime. The card battle mini-game provides a very brief diversion via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection.
8.4
