Ich habe DVDBOXOFFICE mal gemailt und gefragt, wann mein vorbestelltes DS denn so kommen könnte, hier die Antwort:

Thank you for emailing us with regard to your Nintendo DS order.
At this time the supply of Nintendo DS handhelds is extremely constrained
to say the least. This constraint means that there is not enough supply of
Nintendo DS handhelds to keep up with the current demand in the North
American market place.
All North American retailers of this product did not receive enough
Nintendo DS handhelds on release to meet their demand. The unfortunate
result of this tight supply is that we will not be able to fill all of our
orders in a short period of time.
At DVD Box Office we are committed to filling all of our orders on a first
come first served basis and this does not change for the Nintendo DS. Our
hope is that Nintendo will be able to ramp up supply as soon as possible so
we can fill all of our orders in a timely fashion. At this time we are
shipping as many Nintendo DS handhelds that we can get our hands on.
We will email you as soon as your order is invoiced and shipped out from
our warehouse.
At this time we cannot estimate when all of our orders will be filled as
Nintendo has not informed us with an exact time frame on when they will
have enough handhelds to meet the current demand.
We are sorry about the delay in shipping your order and thank you for your
