Der Spielehändler meines Vertrauens hat mir ein Angebot gemacht das ich nicht ausschlagen kann. PS3 60GB Version + HS für €429,-. Jetzt warte ich, dass er seine Lieferung der letzen 60GB Modelle bekommt, dann bin ich auch Besitzer einer PS3. :)
 
Da ich schon seit eh bekennender Multikonsolero bin, war es eh nur ne Frage der Zeit, bis ich mir ne PS3 hole. Da Rock Band auf nächstes Jahr verschoben wurde, ist die PS3 nun mein persönliches Geburtstagsgeschenk an mich. ;)

Cell's immense power is largely undisputed by the scientific community. Folding@Home is just one example of how Cell and the PS3 can compute massive amounts of data for the sake of scientific research. An astrophysicist recently linked eight PS3 systems together and was able to compute the same amount of data as 200 supercomputers. After Gaurav Khanna created code optimized for the PS3, Sony took attention and donated a few systems to his research.

"Basically, it's almost like a replacement," he told Wired. "I don't have to use that supercomputer anymore, which is a good thing." While one PS3 costs $500, a single supercomputer can cost $5000. The cost of eight PS3s is incredibly negligible compared to the massive cost of traditional supercomputers.

With his PS3s at hand, Khanna will be researching gravitational waves.

Die acht PS3 hat der Prof selber zusammen gebundelt und erst daraufhin weitere PS3 von Sony geschenkt bekommen.

@Mark: Unterstriche gehen und wenn du es genau wissen willst mit dem Leerzeichen, frage u.a. Firestrike und MR GOOD CAT, die haben ihre PS3 kürzlich bekommen und können darauf antworten, die alten Hasen wissens nicht mehr^^

So wars. Bei mir ging aber iwie auch kein '@', deswegen bezweifel ich das mal stark, das n Leerzeichen geht.

Auf http://community.eu.playstation.com/showthread.php?t=52862&page=7 steht, dass Leerzeichen verboten sind. Erlaubt sind laut den Usern dort nur Buchstaben, Unterstriche und Zahlen.

ich weiß nicht obs schon gepostet wurde,
aber die 40gb version gibts jetzt auch schon in D, hab sie heut bei uns im Media-markt gesehn
