PS3 Final Fantasy VII 'confirmed' to be in development

In the May issue of GameInformer, a respected gaming magazine, their Loose Talk section stated:

"Last E3, Square Enix made fanboys squel when it showed how Final Fantasy VII could be remade on the Playstation 3. Of course, the company went to pains to point out how it had no plans to release an updated version of Final Fantasy VII on the system.

Rumors have been swirling since day one that the game would indeed come to the PS3, and now Loose Talk has not only heard that those rumors are true, but that the remake will in fact use the battle system from Final Fantasy XII."

Whilst no offical announcement has been made, let's hope their sources are reliable! More information may be revealed at E3 so stay tuned to PS3Land as we bring you the latest coverage.

Sie haben ja auch Fur Fighters und The Treasure Planet (der Schatzplanet) für die PS2 gebracht. Nur PGR ist Xbox (360) exklusiv.

Bizarre hat ja gesagt, daß Sie einen Deal mit Sega eingegangen sind und daß der neue Titel Multiplattform wird.

Ist nur eine Frage der Zeit, den es wird kommen. IMO machen sie das Remake auf der E3 offiziel.

Dito. Das sich am Kampfsystem vom Remake was tun wird im positivem Sinne dürfte klar sein. Obs ähnlich wie vom FFXII wird oder ein neues bleibt abzuwarten.

bizzarre hat vor der pgr serie msr für die dc gemacht. und zu ps1 zeiten haben sie die f1 games für psygnosis gemacht. die f1 games von bizzare waren einfach nur genial
