Da musst du dich noch einige Tage gedulden. ;)
sind aber wirklich nicht schlechte Fakes mit bei. hoffentlich nimmt sich Nintendo da ein Beispiel.
 
Was erwartet ihr eigentlich von Reggies Rede? Ich denke mal, dass der finale Name bekannt gegeben wird, sowie ein paar kleine Hinweise oder Misteriöse Kommentare von Reggie himself. Aber eigentlich erwarte ich nichts großes, das wird sicher noch was für die E3 aufgehoben.
 
Schon aufgefallen? Reggies Rede auf der D.I.C.E. Summit ist am 9.2., Nintendos E3-Auftritt mit dem Revolution am 9.5. ...
Auf den Tag genau 3 Monate später.
Ob das wirklich Zufall ist? Ein Countdown vielleicht? 3, 2, 1... :)

Von der Rede kann man sicher nicht viel erwarten, aber wann kommen mal News, die man wirklich ernst nehmen kann? Bei all den Fakes ist es eine wirklich willkommende Abwechslung. Deswegen ist es gar nicht verkehrt einwenig Vorfreude zu zeigen.

Die wirklich interessanten Sachen wie Spiele werden ehe nur auf der E3 gezeigt, denn Nintendo lässt sich sicher nicht so gerne die Show stehlen.
Wenn wir Glück haben, wird vielleicht das ein oder andere Spiel schon vorher bekannt gegeben, aber das bezweifle ich leider sehr.

Zum Countdown:
Verschwörungstheorien sind immer das Salz in der Suppe der Dessinformation. ;)

Nintendo has been quite a few new features for several aspects of the Nintendo RS.

This is what they are currently discussing.


*DS--RS connection

-Play Nintendo DS games in steroscopic 3-D

-Download Nintendo DS games from the RS to the Nintendo DS

-Connect with the twi systems to unlock bonuses and score points to buy classics

*Visor

-Two screens instead of one 360 degree view. (screens still large however)

-Apple is still designing the looks to fit with the console.

-Make several classics in stereoscopic 3-D

-Make augumented reality instead of virtual reality

*Virtual Console

-Make game's cost vary on popularity

-Make game's cost 99c like iTunes

-Make game's cost varied on franchise

*Controller

-Add-ons used for some gameplay, not all.

-Main unit most used

-Add-ons so far suggested and/or developed

a) joystick

b) boxing add-on (deciding on)

c) Sword (looks good so far)

Also könnte sich einer von euch vorstellen das vielleicht „augumented reality" etwas bringen wurde ,
Also das ZB. Ein Art head-up Display , das etwas zu einen spiel beitragen würde ,
So-zu-sagen zusätzliche Infos zum Bildschirm , zb eine karte oder so ....
Ps. Ich weiss das es bescheuert klingt

Stereoscopic wird man wohl so schnell nicht los, wie. ;)

According to Eiji Maeda of Daiwa Institute of Research, Nintendo's next console, codenamed "Revolution", has a possiblity to release in Japan as early as June. This goes hand in hand with earlier statements given by Satoru Iwata stating a U.S. release by Thanksgiving. Maeda also goes on to state that the Revolution may release with more games than what the Xbox 360 did and what the PlayStation 3 will (when it's released).

Hiroshige Gotoh, journalist of Famitsu, also states that the Nintendo Revolution will be a direct competitor to Sony and Microsoft's offerings because of the innovative play mechanics that Nintendo is throwing on the table. His basis for this epiphany is none other than the handheld market and how the Nintendo DS is outselling the Sony PSP despite it being a technically inferior system.

How well are these two in predicting the future? We will find out at E3 this year! So stay tuned to DSRevolution as more of the Nintendo Revolution is unveiled!

A new patent has been dug up, entitled ´Voice-to-text chat conversion for remote video game play´. The abstract reads:
A multi-player networked video game playing system including for example video game consoles analyzes speech to vary the font size and/or color of associated text displayed to other users. If the amplitude of the voice is high, the text displayed to other users is displayed in a larger than normal font. If the voice sounds stressed or is aggressive words are used, the text displayed to other users is displayed using a special font such as red color. Other analysis may be performed on the speech in context to vary the font size, color, font type and/or other display attributes.
This would require flawless speech recognition, if implemented properly. On top of that, there would be some kind of emotion recognition, registering when the words are said in an angry, timid or kind tone of voice and displaying them accordingly. Of course, the question is whether this technology will be used in the Revolution or the handhelds. The detailed description leaves this question unanswered.

In the example shown, video game playing equipment 16 may comprise for example a home video game platform such as a NINTENDO GAMECUBE system connected to a handheld game controller 18 and a display device 20 such as a home color television set. In other examples, game playing equipment 16 could comprise a handheld networked video game platform such as a NINTENDO DS or GAMEBOY ADVANCE, a personal computer including a monitor and appropriate input device(s), a cellular telephone, a personal digital assistant, or any other electronic or other appliance.
I think there are hints in the text that this system could be used for both the Revolution and DS consoles. The use of a server is mentioned as optional, depending on whether the console is able to convert the speech itself.
A game server 28 may optionally be provided to coordinate game play. For example, in the case of a complex multiplayer role playing game having tens or even hundreds of players 12 who can play simultaneously, a game server 28 may be used to keep track of the master game playing database and to provide updates to each instance of game playing equipment 16. In other game playing contexts, a game server 28 may not be necessary with all coordination being provided directly between the various instances of game playing equipment 16. (...) FIG. 2 shows an example illustrative non-limiting implementation of a speech-to-text converter 50 that may be used by example system 10--either in or with game playing equipment 16, within game server 28 or both.
In my opinion, a server may be needed for the DS, while the Revolution could most likely handle the conversion itself. It certainly seems as if this technology could be used on both systems and may even be hinting at the connectivity features between the two.

Ich tippe einfach mal auf Fake, aber vielleicht werden zur D.I.C.E Summit ja tatsächlich ein paar tolle Neuerungen beim Lite bekanntgegeben :)?
 
er hat selbst zegegeben dass er ein faker is, das is mir also schon bewusst.

aber wenn da schon Breaking News steht kann mans ja ma beobachten. ;)
 
probiers mit nem anderen browser.

wobei, ich hab Firefox und es funktioniert einwandfrei.
