"Fantastic" is what comes to mind when describing the sights you'll see. A rock-solid framerate, crazy effects, a terrific art design and environmental activity galore. Prettiest thing on the system.

10 Presentation:
Insomniac has created its most intriguing and diverse universe yet. The story is strong and ends with closure and a cliffhanger (figure that one out), while load times rarely exist.

9.5 Gameplay
Insomniac has the Ratchet and Clank formula down pat and the balance and progression of the shooting/ platforming/ space battles has be refined to award-winning levels. Fun, fun, fun!

9.0 Lasting Appeal
You're looking at a good 12-15 hour quest the first time through, plus a challenge mode option, tons of upgradeable weapons, plenty of clandestine areas, secret skins, cheats, cinematics and more.

Whether you're new to R&C or someone who has played them all, Ratchet and Clank Future deserves to be in your library no matter what. Not only has it supplanted Going Commando as the best title in the franchise, it's also the best game of any series on the PlayStation 3 thus far -- and that's saying a lot when you're up against Oblivion, Ninja Gaiden, Warhawk and Insomniac's very own previous effort, Resistance: Fall of Man.

Congratulations Full Moon folks, you're two for two.

Die 1up Leute machen sich schon länger immer wieder mit total dämlichen reviews lächerlich, außer der 1up show taugen die leider nichts mehr.....

Achja: Die Unterschiede sind wirklich nur marginal

Schön, das Spiel hat die Wertungen verdient, wenn nicht sogar bessere wenn man sich die gehypten/bezahlten Halowertungen ansieht.

Mir gefällt das PS2-Pic besser.

Aber Top-Wertung und auch gute Spieldauer. Kommt man als PS3 Besitzer nicht drum rum.

The Good
* Shooting and platforming gameplay is fun
* Lots of different and useful weapons
* Beautiful, colorful visuals
* Tight controls.

The Bad
* There's some good humor in it, but the story isn't very interesting, and the ending is a letdown
* So many different, often unnecessary gameplay mechanics that the game lacks an identity
* Difficulty is too easy and only the last hour or so is remotely challenging.
