Karlsbad, Germany (December 08, 2009) Nero, creators of liquid media technology, today introduces Nero Music2Go software, customized for the Nintendo DSi system. The new offering allows users to extend the features of their portable game system to rip and transfer music files from the desktop to Nintendo DSi. Nero Music2Go is the second iteration of the recently announced Nero MobileSync platform, a universal, hardware-agnostic toolkit of fully customizable PC applications for mobile handset, Netbook, gaming console and Ultra-Mobile PC manufacturers.
Nero Music2Go is a dedicated PC companion software for Nintendo DSi, providing simple conversion of music from CDs or from files stored on the PC to AAC (Advanced Audio Coding file format) and transferring it to the Nintendo DSi system - all through an easy and intuitive user interface. In addition, music playback on the PC and accessing detailed song, artist, and album information (powered by Gracenote®) completes the offering.
Users of the Nintendo DSi portable game system can now take advantage of an easy gateway to their favorite music via the PC. Our collaboration with Nintendo underscores the Nero commitment to enjoyment of digital content regardless of device, said Udo Eberlein, CEO, Nero AG. Nero Music2Go was built on the Nero MobileSync platform, offering portable device manufacturers a customizable white label platform for device-to-PC connectivity and content management. The ability to enjoy your content anytime, anywhere is an important part of the future of digital content distribution.

Rating summary:
In this action role-playing game, players control Luis, a hero on a quest to stop an evil force from threatening the kingdom of Exidia. Players roam through villages, forests, cities, and castles, performing a variety of quests. Some quests involve combat, which is depicted from a slightly overhead perspective: Players use magic (e.g., lighting from fireballs), swords, axes, and small scythes to defeat an assortment of fantastical and spritely creatures (e.g., slime monsters, giant spiders, orcs, dragons). The loud clashing and swiping sounds have some impact; the visual depictions of battle are less intensesmall explosions and colorful lights surface on enemy sprites that often stand in place. The boss battles represent the most pertinent aspect of violence: One brief sequence depicts the hero chopping off a dragon's wing; the dragon's head also comes off, revealing a spot of red. Although this might technically be considered "dismemberment" or "decapitation," the minimized graphics, along with the rudimentary art-style and unrealistic depictions serve to lessen the impactthe Animated Blood descriptor addresses this "low-impact-gore" concept. Along the journey, players may encounter a half-spider/half-woman character who wears a low halter top that exposes deep cleavage; a couple of female characters wear mildly revealing outfits as well.
