God Eater Gets Adorable With Assassination Classroom Costumes

Aragami are entering the world of Assassination Classroom. Bandai Namco, the developer of the Assassination Classroom game for Nintendo 3DS, is adding God Eater crossover costumes as free downloadable content.

Players will be able to dress their characters up like Lindow and Alisa. Korosensei can masquerade as an Aragami with an Ogretail costume.

Pro Yakyuu Famista Returns announced for 3DS

Four years following Pro Yakyuu Famista 2011 for 3DS in 2011 (pictured), Bandai Namco is planning to launch Pro Yakyuu Famista Returns for 3DS in Japan on October 8, the latest issue of Famitsu reveals. It will cost 5,690 yen.

The game promises major evolutions to its game modes, as well over 500 baseball players using the latest data from 2015. The online mode has been enhanced and allows for players to have ranked matches with users around the country. There is a function to match you against players of your own rank.

One of the game’s new elements is “Famista Quest,” which lets players go around Japan while competing against a rival team controlled by mysterious aliens.

7th Dragon III Code: VFD announced for 3DS

Sega has announced 7th Dragon III Code: VFD for the 3DS, the latest entry in its RPG series, due out on October 15 in Japan for 6,469 yen.

Character design is being handled by Shirow Miwa, Yuzo Koshiro is the sound composer, and Sasakure UK is handling the theme song.

More details are expected during a Niconico live stream on July 4 at 7:00 p.m. Japan time.

7th Dragon III seemingly the series’ last entry

7th Dragon III Code: VFD might be the last entry in the series. The game is described in Famitsu this week as the “end of the play.” It will take place in the past, present, and future.

Players will be able to choose from eight jobs and 32 appearances for their character, the most in the series so far. The themes for the game’s jobs are divided among its three settings (past, present, and future). You’ll be able to select from over 40 types of battle voices.

Development on 7th Dragon III Code: VFD is currently 77 percent complete. The game is due out for 3DS in Japan on October 15 for 5,990 yen.

Disney Magical World 2 teaser trailer

Bandai Namco has released a teaser trailer for Disney Magical World 2, its recently announced followup to the 2013 original 3DS game.

A full unveil is planned for July 6 at 13:00. The official event will be live streamed at the game’s official website.

The game, described as the series’ closing act, is set in the past, present, and future, and depicts the final battle against the “Shinryuu” dragon. Players will be able to choose from eight jobs, 32 appearances, and 40 battle voices for their character.

7th Dragon III news broadcast set for July 4

Sega will host a 7th Dragon III Code: VFD information live stream tomorrow, July 4, at 19:00 Japan time on Niconico.

The live stream will feature news regarding the game’s music, theme song, characters, systems, and so on. Voice actress Tomomi Isomura will MC the event, and voice actress Yu Kobayashi, character designer Shirow Miwa, composer Yuzo Koshiro, theme song singer Sasakure.UK, and director Masayuki Kawabata will be featured as guests.

7th Dragon III Code: VFD debut trailer

Sega has released the “first impression” debut trailer for 7th Dragon III Code: VFD.

The 3DS sequel is due out on October 15 in Japan. Pre-order bonuses include a Shirow Miwa-illustrated IC card sticker, the “Nagamimi Plushie” in-game item through which you’ll hear a special voice, and an original 3DS theme.

While previous entries were developed by Imageepoch, 7th Dragon III is developed in-house at Sega. The RPG allows players to have a maximum party of nine characters. Each character has a job. One of the new jobs is the “Duelist,” a card-based fighter. Players will be able to make their own character and choose from eight jobs, 32 appearances, and 40 battle voices.

Disney Magical World 2 Japanese release date set

Disney Magical World 2, Bandai Namco’s recently announced sequel to the 950,000-shipped 2013 original, will launch for 3DS in Japan on November 5 for 5,690 yen, the company announced.

Over 120 Disney characters and 3,000 items will appear in the game. You’ll be able to shop, stroll about, go on adventures, fish, work the field, excavate gems, create outfits and furniture, and enjoy various events with Disney characters. You’ll also be able to decorate your own cafe with a Disney-themed interiors.

New worlds in the sequel include that of Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Snow White, and Lilo & Stich. Alice in Wonderland and Winnie the Pooh will also return from the previous game.

The Frozen world depicts a story set between the feature-length movie and the Frozen Fever short film where players are looking for a gift for Anna’s birthday. The scenario is produced together with Walt Disney Animation Studio, and songs like “Let It Go” are included.

The game will also incorporate the dance shows of the previous game, “Dream Fantasies,” which are dreams “filled with light and music” that you can play when you go to sleep in the game, the ability to shoot souvenir photos at various locations, and more.

Singer May J. will sing the theme song, “Sparkle ~Kagayaki wo Shinjite~.” She’s also in charge of penning the lyrics.

A Disney Magical World 2-themed New 3DS face plate bundle pack will also be released.

Auch, wenn mich solche Spiele nicht interessieren, bin ich froh, dass die Hersteller noch Schlumpf- und Mickey Mouse Spiele für den 3DS (wieder vermehrt?) bringen und nicht komplett auf den Smartphone-Bereich schwenken.
 
Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 3 announced for 3DS

Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 3 is in development for 3DS, the latest issue of Weekly Jump reveals.

The 3DS sequel sees players raising and battling monsters. According to series creator Yuji Horii, it will have new systems and monsters, as well as new methods of correspondence.

Here are the official descriptions of the protagonist and monster:

Protagonist (Designed by Akira Toriyama) – An impressive male character with a cool look and a red scarf. What in the world is that mysterious device on both of his ears…?
Nochora – A mysterious creature in the world of Dragon Quest Monsters 3. He’s a new monster that will appear in various scenes.

A release date was not announced.

Nachdem die beiden Remakes leider nicht rüberkamen wäre die Hoffnung ja relativ gering das Joker 3 bei uns erscheint. Naja hoffen wir mal das beste. VIII und VII bringen sie ja jetzt auch rüber und gerade mit letzterem hätte wohl keiner mehr gerechnet!
