eine nier complete edition auf vita (beide chars+dlc) wäre ein traum gewesen, das game sah eh kaum besser aus als ein ps2 spiel in hd, auf vita hät es aber gut ausgesehen

Award-Winning Vocalist Performs Music Video Tribute To NieR

Vocalist Jillian Aversa has made a music video tribute to NieR in celebration of Square Enix’s announcement of a new game in the series at E3 this year.

Aversa and her percussionist Doug Perry chose “Song of the Ancients” from the NieR soundtrack for their tribute to the game, which they also perform together as part of the Video Games Live international symphonic tour.

In the video, the pair dress in contrasting outfits in order to reflect the dark and light themes of the game. “We decided to shoot the music video in front of an enormous statue of a man ‘drowning’ in the sand nearby," says Aversa. "Doug wore all black (including a mask painted on his face) and I created my own ghostly white ensemble.”

As NieR takes place among the ruins of an ancient civilization, surrounded by a decaying world, which Aversa describes as “terrifyingly dark and hauntingly beautiful,” the statue in the video is thought to be reminiscent of the game too.

Dann sieht es aber so aus, als ob es ein "HD" Port eines PS2 Titels wäre.
Nier war schon echt ein Spiel für sich. Viele Gänsehaut Momente und halt der grandiose Soundtrack. Technisch ziemlich mistig, aber hat mich weitaus weniger gestört, als bei anderen Titeln.

Von mir aus kann die Grafik wieder auf NieR 1-Niveau sein mit Wertungen unter 70%, wenn ich ein ähnliches Erlebnis wie beim Vorgänger bekomme.

NieR New Project entsteht überwiegend bei Platinum Games

16.10.15 - Platinum Games ist der Hauptentwickler des Rollenspiels NieR New Project von Square Enix und erledigt fast alle Arbeiten. Das hat Designer Yasuhisa Taura Gamespot bestätigt.

Das Meiste entsteht im Studio Osaka und Tokio von Platinum Games. Von Square Enix kommt etwas Unterstützung: Der Komponist des Original-Soundtracks ist für neue Musik mit an Bord, während Akihiko Yoshida von CyDesignation das Charakter Design entwirft. Release: TBA (Japan)
