Dark Goddesses revealed for Hyperdimension Neptunia VII

Leaks for this week’s issue of Dengeki PlayStation reveal a feature article for Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II, with a major focus on new enemies known as the “Dark Goddesses,” as well as on the previously detailed new, separate incarnation of Neptune, among other things.

For starters, the Dark Goddesses’ CG models are shown off in the magazine, with designer Naohiro Washio remarking that he ensured they would fit within the established conventions for the series’ main goddesses and overall series’ sensibilities in general, feeling content at what he was able to turn out in the end. A fight with one of the Dark Goddesses, Dark Purple, is also shown. Given the huge size disparity, with Dark Purple clocking in at 30 meters tall, players have to hop aboard a floating island and take her on with Skills. As previous footage has alluded, other Dark Goddesses exist as well that correspond to the other goddesses colors.

More details have also arrived about newcomer Uzume Tennohboshi, a character we covered briefly several months back. As it turns out, she can become a goddess, as well, Orange Heart, bringing about not only a corresponding change in hair color, but also a bubbly and energetic personality. She can also use a technique that literally translates into “Dream Crushing Fist.”

Meanwhile, the “different” Neptune is still voiced by Rie Tanaka and she travels across various dimensions, using two-handed swords and pistols in battle. As she doesn’t have a younger sister to call her own, she expresses a desire to have one like Nepgear. Appearing alongside her is another Arfoire, too, also stated to be separate from the existing one. Apparently the new Neptune has it out for this other Arfoire, as she likes to tease her.

Rie Tanaka and Mariko Honda, Uzume Tennohboshi’s voice actress, are also interviewed in the magazine, bringing to light a few more details about their respective characters. The new Neptune, for instance, is on regular Neptune/Purple Heart’s side, ordered to team up with her under the guise of high schooler appearance. Nepgear and Uzume both have nicknames for her, with the former calling her “Big Sis” (literally, as in size) and the latter referring to her as “Huge Nep.”

Finally, a dungeon going by the name of “Jinguu Zakura Park” is also briefly revealed in the magazine. The scenery for it has seemingly been shown off in menu pictures in previous installments.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II remains slated for a spring 2015 release on PlayStation 4 in Japan.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 Sisters Generation opening movie

Idea Factory International has released the opening movie and new battle screenshots of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth2: Sisters Generation.

The upcoming second installment in the Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth is a remake of Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2, which launched for PlayStation 3, including a new story, revamped battle system, newly voiced characters, and new playable characters. It’s due out in North America and Europe at retail and digital in early 2015.

Hyperdimension Neptunia VII details battle system

The official Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II website was updated this morning with details on the game’s battle system.

Battles are turn-based and play out with a party of four characters. Players operate each character when their turn arrives and can freely move around the battlefield.

Here’s the outline of the image above:

1) Attack Order - Displays the order of attacks for both allies and enemies. The current character’s turn is shown in the far left.

2) EXE Drive Gauge - A power gauge used to invoke each character’s unique super special “EXE Drive” attack.

3) Command Buttons

Triangle (Commands) – Press triangle to open the following menu: Skills (to use SP Skills and the EXE Drive), Items (to use items), Goddess Form (to transform into a goddess or revert back), and Shift (to alternate with the rear guard)
Square (Defend) – Defend until the next turn.
Circle (Attack) – Initiate an attack combo.
R2 (Flee) – When close to the outside of the battlefield, it is possible to flee by selecting this option. In some cases, attempting to flee will fail based on the enemy status.

4) Party Member Data - Displays the status of party members participating in the battle.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II is due out for PlayStation 4 in Japan in spring 2015.

Which Neptunia Character Should Get A Spinoff Next?

Fans wanted to see Noire get her own game and Compile Heart with help from Yggdra Union developer Sting made one. Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart is out in Japan and coming to the West in early 2015.

Which Neptunia character should get a spinoff next? Compile Heart is asking fans to vote on which Neptunia character should star in their own game. The list has 26 characters ranging from Blanc, Vert, Histore, and even Dengkiko from the action game spinoff Neptunia U. Fans can vote here once a day and whoever is most popular might get a game of their own.

Re;Birth 3: Video zeigt Kampf

Das neue Video zu Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 3: V Century zeigt euch eine Gruppe, die aus den CPUs Neptune, Vert, Blanc, und Plutia besteht. Die Heldinnen demonstrieren ihre Fähigkeiten im Kampf. Anschließend folgt eine Szene, die euch eine gemeinsame Attacke von Neptune und ihrer jüngeren Schwester Nepgear präsentiert. Auch Plutia und Noire vereinen ihre Kräfte, um ihre Feinde zu vernichten. In Japan soll der Titel bereits am 18. Dezember erscheinen.

Rebirth 2 und Black Heart wurde ja für Europa bestätigt. jetzt fehlen nur noch U und Rebirth 3. VII wird wohl noch ne weile dauern. finde schade das die games nicht bei und mit der vita tv laufen, obwohl in jap alle HD vita games tv kompatibel sind.

Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart Has The Strangest Status Effects

Noire from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series is getting a strategy RPG spinoff developed by Hexyz Force maker Sting. Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart has a new cast of characters that are parodies of famous video game series. Can you guess what Lid and Vio are supposed to represent?

Sting has a penchant for creating unique gameplay systems and players have to master the use of status effects in Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart. You can turn your enemies into zombies, pixelate foes, or transmute them into blocks of tofu. Maps have traps to dodge like laser beam squares and moving logs that change paths on the battlefield.

Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart also has a simulation mode where you can hang out with Noire. Sim Noire lets players decorate Noire’s room with furniture and accessories purchased with points earned in the game.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2 Rated By ESRB For PC

Neither Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 or 2 have officially been announced for PC release by Idea Factory yet, but there likely are plans to have them released on PC, else Idea Factory wouldn’t have applied for PC ratings.

The Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth series consists of updated ports of the Hyperdimension Neptunia games for PlayStation Vita. The games were originally released on the PlayStation 3 in Japan and subsequently ported to Vita with added features.

Neptunia Re;Birth für PC :neutral: da lieber ne Trilogy Editon für PS4;-)

kommt es mir nur so vor, oder haben die bei Neptunia Re;Birth 1 die Dungeons aus Victory in Re;Birt1 rein kopiert? bin jetzt fast am ende von Kapitel 2 und was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe sah wie 1:1 aus .
 
Neptuna (Zitat Yellow Heart) für PC? Fände ich gut, besonders Victory ist ein sehr witziges und charmantes JRPG. Von den Nischen JRPGs ist die Serie sicher eine der besten! Will auch die Rebirths mal nachholen, obwohl ich die PS3 Vers. schon habe.
 
Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart Brings Cutesy CPUs Out To Fight

Noire’s spinoff game has cuter versions of characters from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series redrawn with a superdeformed art style. Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart takes place in Gamarket while the other games are set in Gamindustri. The four CPUs are battling over this new world and Noire is about to take it over when another player steps. Now, the CPUs have to work together along with new friends like the self-professed legendary hero Estelle and martial artist Lee-Fi to defeat this new enemy.

Hyperdimension Noire: Goddess Black Heart is scheduled to come out in early 2015 in North America and Europe.

Das neue Material setzt sich aus zwei Kampfszenen, drei gezeigten Dialogen und einem CG-Event zusammen. Im Frühling 2015 soll das Rollenspiel in Japan für PlayStation 4 erscheinen.

USK: The Arland Trilogy und Hyperdimension Collection

Die USK hat eine gewisse “The Arland Trilogy” für PlayStation 3 einer Alterseinstufung unterzogen. Die “Spielesammlung” ist ab 6 Jahren freigegeben. Bei der Arland Trilogie denken wir natürlich an Atelier Rorona, Atelier Totori und Atelier Meruru von Entwickler Gust. Doch eine entsprechende Spielesammlung ist bislang nicht angekündigt. Plant NIS America also eine derartige Bundle-Veröffentlichung?

Neu ist außerdem die Alterseinstufung für eine “Hyperdimension Neptunia Hypercollection” für PlayStation 4. Auch hier handelt es sich laut USK um eine “Spielesammlung”. Die Hyperdimension-Serie ist hierzulande schon mit diversen Titeln erschienen, allerdings gibt es noch keine PlayStation-4-Veröffentlichung. Handelt es sich vielleicht um Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory II? Der Titel bietet drei voneinander getrennte, individuelle Kapitel…

Hyperdimension Neptunia Hypercollection wäre es eine Rebirth Collection für PS4 wäre bestimmt von japanischer seite schon längst bekannt gegeben worden. wird wohl sich um Victory 2 handeln. von nahmen her gefällt mir Victory II besser als Hypercollection:-)
