The Dragon Ball Xenoverse demo is out! Not for home release, but it is playable at GameStop in North America. From what we’ve heard (we haven’t seen it ourselves), there are kiosks set up with a hand full of games available on PlayStation 4 consoles at the retailer, one of which is Dragon Ball Xenoverse. If your local GameStop does not have it yet, we’re told it’s likely it will be playable later this week when a representative updates the games at the kiosk. The demo comes with 16 playable characters, 11 of which are from the Dragon Ball Z series and 5 predefined custom characters. The playable characters are Goku, Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Future Trunks, Vegeta, Nappa. Raditz, First Form Frieza, a custom Saiyan Male, custom Saiyan female, a Namekian, a custom Majin male, and a custom Majin female.
There isn’t any word on when or if there will be a demo for home release on the PlayStation Store or Xbox Marketplace at this time, but if an announcement is made, we hope to let you know right here on Saiyan Island! For now, enjoy video captured from Xenoverse fan THEDBZGOD123 of Frieza battling Piccolo and Future Trunks taking on Kid Gohan.
