Weiterer Charakter für Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade

Inzwischen hat Square Enix Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade um die neue Stage Alexandria und den neuen Charakter Ramza ergänzt. Ein weiterer neuer spielbarer Charakter soll nun in wenigen Tagen enthüllt werden. Am 13. April um 20 Uhr japanischer Zeit will Square Enix einen NicoNico-Livestream abhalten, bei dem es neues Gameplay-Material und die Enthüllung eines weiteren Charakters geben wird. Außerdem werden Balancing-Änderungen der bisherigen Charaktere vorgestellt.

Unklar ist, wann und ob Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade im Westen (dann natürlich für Konsolen) erscheint

Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade adds Garland

The first playable villain character to join Dissidia Final Fantasy for arcades is Garland from the original Final Fantasy, Square Enix announced during a live stream this morning. The “Heavy” fighter type is voiced by Koji Ishii.

Square Enix also announced a new update due out on April 21 that will add character balance adjustments, as well as costume colors and weapon changes.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade new character reveal set for June 27

Square Enix will reveal a new villain character set to join its Dissidia Final Fantasy arcade game during a Niconico live stream on Monday, June 27 at 21:00 JST.

More specifically, the broadcast will feature information about the June 30-due version update, which will include a new character, adjustments to existing characters, and so on, as well as details about an official tournament happening this summer.

The most recent character to be added to Dissidia Final Fantasy was Garland (pictured), the game’s first character from the Chaos side (as opposed to Cosmos characters). That said, it is likely this new character will also be from the Chaos side.

Dissidia Final Fantasy’s Newest Character To Be Revealed On July 25 In Japan

Following the reveal of Final Fantasy VI antagonist Kefka Palazzo last month, Square Enix announced that they’re revealing the next new character for Dissidia Final Fantasy for arcade on July 25, 2016.

A NicoNico Live stream will take place on July 25 at 9:00pm JST, where they’ll share information on the game’s new patch along with the reveal of a new character. We’ll keep you guys up to date when more information becomes available.

Dissidia Final Fantasy is currently available for arcade in Japan.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Arcade new character, “Battle of the Gods” content reveal set for August 27

Square Enix will host a “Dissidia Final Fantasy Finals Tournament and Special Session” at the Maihama Amphitheater in Chiba on August 27 where it is planning various announcements.

The event will consist of two parts. The first part, which runs from 13:15 to 16:30 JST, is the Dissidia Final Fantasy Finals Tournament, which will see the top 16 teams in Japan battle it out for victory.

The second part, which runs from 17:00 to 19:30 JST, is the “Special Session,” which promises “all sorts of new information” and features Square Enix staff Ichirou Hazama, Takeo Kujiraoka, and even Tetsuya Nomura. Expected reveals include:

- A new character announcement – someone who has not yet appeared in previous Dissidia Final Fantasy titles.
- The gods Chaos and Cosmos will finally make an appearance in the new content, “Battle of the Gods.”

Outside of Dissidia Final Fantasy, there’s also:

- The latest information about the arcade game Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: All-Star Carnival.
- The announcement of a yet unseen smartphone title.

Sieht unglaublich gut aus, leider wird die Wartezeit bis zur PS4 Version sicher noch sehr lange sein. Gehe davon aus, dass die kommt wenn der komplette Cast in der Arcade released ist.
