Na! Immerhin haben sie JETZT noch wenigstens etwas Gewinn. Im nächsten Quartal wird es dagegen wohl Verluste geben.
 
leutz, war heute nicht so ein über-event von sony zur playstation?
kommt die noch, oder ist die schon vorbei?

Sony says importing PS3s to Europe is illegal

In his ruling yesterday, Judge Michael Fysh found that Lik-Sang - which offered Japanese PSPs to European consumers via its website - was in breach of intellectual property rights.

Lik-Sang had claimed that it was operating within the law as the company is based in Hong Kong, and has no trading presence in the UK or European Economic Area.

But, as reported by the Financial Times, Judge Fysh ruled that, "The acts of which the complaint is made have, in my view, been perpetrated not in Hong Kong but here in the EEA, and without Sony's consent."

Sony declined to comment directly on the case. However, a spokesperson did tell GI.biz: "The law is clear; grey importing PS2, PSP or PS3 into the EU, without the express permission of SCE is illegal. Therefore, we will utilise the full scope of the law to put a stop to any retailers who chose to do this."

He continued, "Ultimately, we're trying to protect consumers from being sold hardware that does not conform to strict EU or UK consumer safety standards, due to voltage supply differences et cetera; is not - in PS3's case - backwards compatible with either PS1 or PS2 software; will not play European Blu-Ray movies or DVDs; and will not be covered by warranty."

Also um Sony mach ich mir keine Sorgen. Es haben schon andere Firmen mit viel größeren Problemen überlebt. Sony hatte zwar schon mal bessere Zeiten, aber vom "sterben" kann keine Rede sein.

Hm, es soll eine Veranstaltung names "GDC London" heute und morgen geben. Aber ein "Über-Event" wird das sicher nicht. Die nächsten wichtigen Events wirds erst wieder nächstes Jahr auf der E3'07, GC 07 und TGS 07 geben.. Alles andere ist und bleibt wohl pillepalle, auch wenn wir uns gerne was anderes erhoffen. :neutral:

Wenn ich es richtig verstehe, handelt es sich dabei um so eine wöchentliche Video-Show, die man herunterladen kann. Wie auch bei 1Up. Anscheinend will man die neue AUsgabe ein wenig später hochladen um möglichst viel von dem Event zeigen zu können. Also imho kein Live-Stream, sondern ein brandaktuelles Video...

:lol: Es ist auch alles soooo verwirrend! Dachte "Gamers Day" sei eine MS-Veranstaltung. Gab doch gestern hier eine News darüber. Und was hat es mit der GDC London auf sich? :blushed: Ne, ich informier mich jetzt nicht. Hab einfach keine Lust dazu. :P Wenn es was interessantes, wichtiges oder Neues gibt, dann werde ich schon davon erfahren.

Mal sehen, aber viel erwarten tu ich nun nicht!
Eher so ein Gesamtbild wie es um den PS3 Launch drumherum steht. (Online, Spiele).

Hatte Lik-Sang nicht das gleiche Problem mit der PSP schon mal gehabt?
Ich denke trotzdem, wer sich eine PS3 importieren will, wird das auch können (siehe PSP).
