Das erste offiziell angekündigte Game für den Revolution!

Nibris entwickelt Raid over the River für Revolution & NDS

04.12.05 - Nibris arbeitet an dem Shooter Raid over the River, der für Revolution und Nintendo DS erscheinen soll. Umsetzungen für Xbox 360 oder PlayStation3 sind laut GoNintendo.com nicht geplant.

Derzeit sucht Nibris einen Publisher für das Projekt. Die unten stehenden Bilder stammen noch von einer PC-Version.

Auf der HP von Nibris steht nix davon auf welchen Konsolen es raus kommt.
Von daher würd ich das mal noch als unbestätigt ansehen.

Wenn es auf Revolution rauskommt, sieht es sicher nicht viel besser aus als auf dem PC.
Die Steuerung davon kann ich mir mit dem Controller gut vorstellen.

Wenn es auf Revolution rauskommt, sieht es sicher nicht viel besser aus als auf dem PC.
Die Steuerung davon kann ich mir mit dem Controller gut vorstellen.

Kann man so nicht aussagen, sie können ja noch Effekte reinpacken.
Die Grafik müssen Sie eh noch einmal überarbeiten, denn die Bilder stammen von der PC Version, die Revolution kann so hohe Auflösungen nicht darstellen.
Die Auflösung muß also auf 640*480 angepaßt werden. Was spricht dagegen dann gleich auch neue Effekte einzubauen.

Nö, warum denn auch? Ich denke mal Nibris stand nie unter dem NDA, sie haben weder Dev-Kits des Revolution noch arbeiten sie an einem Spiel für Revolution

Gamefront schreibt auch auf ihrer Seite, dass Nibris Raid over the River in Entwicklung hat.
Gamefront ist so ziemlich seriös.
Es steht auch nichts von Gerücht oder unbestätigt.

Von daher geh ich mal davon aus, dass tatsächlich Raid over the River in Entwicklung ist.
Bin schon gespannt auf das Spiel, mal schauen was sich noch verändern wird.
Die Screens finde ich schonmal nicht schlecht

'Raid over the River' Proposed for Nintendo Revolution

Upon recent investigation of the CCT Game Calendar 2006, Revolution Report managed to discover that a developer by the name of NIBRIS has a game in development titled Raid over the River, which, according to the calendar, is slated for release on Nintendo's next-generation console, code-named the Nintendo Revolution.

Revolution Report contacted NIBRIS directly for further insight into the matter. According to Piotr Orlowski, the game's project manager, NIBRIS "would like to do this game directly for Revolution and DS," adding further that "only Nintendo platforms [will] get this game." Responding to why Raid over the River would only come to Nintendo's console rather than Xbox 360 or PS3, Orlowski stated, "Nintendo is our life. We have all of the Nintendo consoles; we are fans."

When questioned on whether or not his company had received a Revolution development kit, Orlowski said, "To be honest - we don't have a Revolution development kit yet, so we're doing a version on PC but we have a lot of ideas [of how to] use the Revolution controller." For Orlowski, the "idea of the Revolution pad is almost like a beautiful dream."

Regarding the issue of having a pubisher for NIBRIS' game, Orlowski responded, "We don't have a distributor yet but some of them are speaking with us." Apparently, NIBRIS contacted Nintendo of Europe to discuss publishing Raid over the River, but was told that "the game wasn't in [NOE's] target."
