Es ist ein Warriors wie alle anderen mit neuer Grafik wie DW 8 und halt im Samurai Setting statt altes China. Obs nun besondere Aleinstellungsmerkmale hat weiß ich auch nicht.

Samurai Warriors 4 For PS4 Has Costumes From The Original Samurai Warriors

Tecmo Koei is bringing Samurai Warriors 4 to PlayStation 4 and they’re adding a classic touch. First print copies of Samurai Warriors 4 include a code for 18 costumes from the original Samurai Warriors.

The PlayStation 4 release also utilizes Cross Save so players can use their save from the PS3 or Vita versions on PS4 and then stream your character using the system’s share feature.

The biggest change is in the graphics. Here are more comparison screenshots from Samurai Warriors 4, which comes out on September 4 in Japan.

Samurai Warriors 4 Reaches North America And Europe This October [Update]

Samurai Warriors 4 will be released on October 21st in North America and October 24th in Europe for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, Tecmo Koei have announced.

The game will feature over 50 playable characters and the ability to switch between two characters in real-time. Additionally, the PlayStation 4 version of the game will feature better visuals and “significantly” more enemies on-screen.

Additionally, co-op gameplay and cross-save functionality in Samurai Warriors 4 will be supported across all three systems.

Update: In North America, Tecmo Koei say the PS3 and Vita versions of the game will be available exclusively as downloads for $49.99 and $39.99. The PS4 version will be available at retail and will cost $59.99.

Samurai Warriors 4 Cuts Through More Soldiers On PlayStation 4

Koei Tecmo Games released a new video of the PlayStation 4 version of Samurai Warriors 4. Omega Force enhanced the game’s graphics and the PS4 release can display more units on screen.

Samurai Warriors 4 supports the share feature so you can stream gameplay. In Japan, first print copies include a code to download 18 costumes from the original Samurai Warriors.

Samurai Warriors 4 for PlayStation 4 comes out in Japan on September 4. Koei Tecmo Games will release the beat ‘em up in North America for PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation 4 on October 21.

Samurai Warriors 4 Gets A Collector’s Edition On PS4 In The West

Samurai Warriors 4 is getting a 10th anniversary collector’s edition exclusively on PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe. The collector’s edition will include the following items:

“Special Anime Pack” 10th anniversary Collector’s Edition packaging

Samurai Warriors: Legend of the Sanada anime (Blu-ray Disc)

Samurai Warriors 4 game (PlayStation 4)

Samurai Warriors 4 Official Soundtrack (CD)

Special Costume Pack 4: Garcia, Ina, Nene and Oichi (DLC)

Old Costume Pack 1: Yukimura, Mitsuhide, Nobunaga, Noh, Oichi, and Ranmaru (DLC)

Edit Parts Pack 1 which allows facial and Western themed armor customization (DLC)

In addition, Koei Tecmo have also announced two collections of pre-order DLC incentives in North America. The first is exclusive to GameStop and will include:

Scenario Pack 1: New stages “Sinister Beauties” and “Men of Charm and Courage”, new items “Gold Lacquered Box” and “Lion Censer”
Special Costumes for: Mitsunari Ishida and Toyohisa Shimazu

Meanwhile, the other pre-order incentives can be gained through Amazon and Best Buy:

Weapon Pack 1: New weapons for over 25 characters

Gamescom 2014: Eindrücke zu Samurai Warriors 4

Samurai Warriors 4 erscheint zum zehnten Jubiläum der Serie und macht sein Debüt auf PlayStation 4. PlayStation 3 und PlayStation Vita werden ebenfalls bedient, diese Versionen erscheinen allerdings nur digital. Zwischen allen drei Systemen wird es eine “Cross Save”-Funktion geben.

Neu für ein Samurai-Warriors-Spiel ist, dass man sich nun einen eigenen Charakter erstellen kann und mit diesem durch das alte Japan ziehen kann. Mit 20 Optionsmöglichkeiten gestaltet sich dieser auch recht umfangreich. Neue Charaktere stoßen auch hinzu. Mit neun Neuen erhöht sich die Anzahl an spielbaren Charakteren auf 55 Samurai. Der Story-Modus wird auf circa 30 Stunden geschätzt, mit einer Gesamtlänge von 70 bis 80 Stunden, die vor allem durch den neuen Spielmodus mit dem eigenen Charakter frei erforscht werden kann.

Als technische Verbesserung zu den Vorgängern wird mit 60 Bildern pro Sekunde, als auch einer freischwenkbaren Kamera geworben. Spielerisch wird es diesmal möglich sein, zwischen zwei Samurai zu wechseln, die sich an verschiedenen Orten der Karte befinden. So soll dem Spieler mehr Einflussmöglichkeiten geboten und der taktische Anspruch erhöht werden. Eine Variation an Gewinnvorgaben sollen ebenfalls ihren Teil dazu beitragen.

Samurai Warriors 4 wird vier Schwierigkeitsgrade haben und eine Cross-Play-Funktion mit PlayStation Vita bieten. Das neue Online-Feature, welches automatisch nach passenden Kooporationspartnern sucht und anbietet, und das Implementieren eines Voice-Chats, runden die neuen Funktionen im vierten Samurai-Warriors-Teil ab.

Samurai Warriors 4 erscheint am 24. Oktober in Europa und wird verschiedene Vorbestellerboni bieten, die Waffen, Items, Kostüme, oder auch neue Kampfschauplätze beinhalten. Das für PlayStation 4 exklusive “Special Anime Pack” kommt, neben dem Spiel, mit einer Auswahl an DLCs, dem Soundtrack, und einer Anime-Episode daher.

Koei Tecmo hat unzählige neue Bilder zu Samurai Warriors 4 veröffentlicht. Die Bilder aus der PlayStation-4-Version des Spiels zeigen den neuen Chronicle-Modus und einige der neuen und überarbeiteten Kämpfer.

Wenn es wie bei Orochi 3 ist dann ja. Beestellt ist die Special Edition aber aufgrund der Spieleflut Ende Oktober wird es erstmal im Regal landen, Hyrule Warriors ist noch aktuell, Orochi 3 Extra muss ich noch beenden und Senran Kagura ist wichtiger für mich.
 
Hab nun meine Anime Edition aber dank Senran Kagura, Bayonetta 2 und HW keine Zeit für :( Jim Sterling hat es mal wieder für Fans empfohlen, scheint ihn aber nicht so zu begeistern wie DW 8.
