Sega revealed the latest on Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine, with some info on its final stage medley, which is said to be the hardest one in the game. [Thanks, Hachima.]

The medley called “Final Stage Medley ~Chozetsu Giko Boso Kumikyoku~” is arranged by cosMo@Bousou-P, and it is said to be the most difficult one of all medleys. It has the following tracks:

- “Sadistic Music∞Factory”
- “Hatsune Miku no Gekishou”

Sega will release a PS Vita demo for Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X on March 24 in Japan, the company announced.

The demo will feature a tutorial (“Ievan Polkka”) and the three rhythm game songs “Ai no Uta,” “Strangers,” and “LOL -lots of laugh-.” You can also try out the game’s new “Rush Notes” system and heart-racing modules.

Additionally, Sega announced new downloadable content coming launch day:

- “Snow Miku 2016” module (300 yen)
- “Miku Dayo” module (500 yen)
- “Nel, Haku, Sakine, and Teto Module Pack” (600 yen)
- Module unlock keys for each element (Neutral, Cute, Cool, Beauty, Chaos) (500 yen each)

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X is currently available on PlayStation Vita. There game’s demo is also available, and it features the tutorial “Ievan Polkka” and the rhythm game tracks of “Ai no Uta,” ‘Strangers,” “LOL –lots of laugh-“ as three playable songs. The demo will allow you to experience the new “Rush Notes” and exciting Modules.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X coming to the Americas this fall

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita is coming to the Americas this fall both physically and digitally, Sega announced.

The rhythm game features a new story mode that follows Vocaloid Hatsune Miku and her friends as they undertake various requests and explore the five Cloud that make up their world. Those clouds consists of “Classic,” “Cool,” “Cute,” “Elegant,” and “Quirky,” and each offer different challenges for players to fulfill. In total, the game features 30 songs a 300 modules (costumes) to wear.

There’s also a new “Concert Editor,” which allows players to take on the role of producer by customizing their own shows with unlocked songs, modules, and accessories. Or, players can interact with Hatsune Miku and her friends to forge relationships in between rhythm gameplay.

Sega will release a Goodsmile Racing “Racing Miku 2016 Ver.” module for Hatsune Miku in Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X as downloadable content in Japan on April 28, the company announced.

Available for 300 yen, the additional costume will turn Hatsune Miku into a circuit angel themed like a phoenix.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X HD for PS4 launches August 25 in Japan

The PlayStation 4 version of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X will launch in Japan on August 25 for 7,990 yen, Sega announced. It will be released under the name Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X HD.

From August 25 to September 25, users will be able to download the “Snow Miku 2010 to 2015 Pack” downloadable content free of charge. It contains Snow Miku modules from 2010 to 2015.

Sega also announced that in addition to running in 1080p at 60 frames per second, the PlayStation 4 version of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X will support PlayStation VR through “Live Edit Mode” concert viewing.

A four-minute trailer provides our first in-motion look at the PlayStation 4 version, featuring the “Cool Medley: Cyber Rock Jam” arranged by Divela, which includes the songs “Unhappy Refrain” by Wowaka, “Mairisudame!” by Live P, “Tengaku” by Yuuya, “Palette” by Yuyo Yuppe, and “Kono Fuzaketa Subarashiki Sekai wa, Boku no Tame ni Aru” by n.k.

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X is now available for PS Vita in Japan. It is due out for both PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in the Americas this fall.

Project Diva X hat Chancen in Europa

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X ist in Japan bereits für PlayStation Vita erhältlich. Eine Version für PlayStation 4 am 25. August folgen. Nur wenige Tage später, am 30. August, wird Sega das Spiel für beide Plattformen in Nordamerika veröffentlichen. Ob und wann der Rhythmustitel in Europa erscheint, war bislang unbekannt.

In der neuesten Episode von Sega Central macht uns Sega nun Hoffnung. „Wir haben viel Feedback von den [europäischen] Sega-Fans erhalten, seit das Spiel für Nordamerika angekündigt wurde.
