We're proud to announce Dragon Ball Xenoverse! The very first next-generation Dragon Ball experience, developed by Dimps.

• New Generation Dragon Ball - Enjoy your favorite manga on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for the first time ever! Also available on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
• Improved Gameplay - Fast paced and powerful battles await to be discovered, including real-time transformation!
• Strong Immersion - Inspired from one of the most famous series ever created.
• New World Setup - A clock that once had stopped will start to tick again in an enigmatic and futuristic city!
• Original Battles - Take part in epic fights against ferocious enemies such as Vegeta, Frieza, Cell and much more!
• Unknown Fighter - Look at him with his uniform, cape and scouter...who is he?

Also mich spricht es an.

Naja mal abwarten.

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse Has Move Cancelling And Talky Fights

Dimps, the developer of Street Fighter IV and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai, have returned to develop Dragon Ball: Xenoverse.

Bandai Namco showed off a hands-off demo for Dragon Ball: Xenoverse at E3 today, and there were a couple of takeaways from the three fights with Goku I saw. First, you can transform in a stage. Second, the game has canceling. I asked Kashino-san from Dimps if this was the case, which he confirmed. In the demo, you can cancel special moves.

Special moves are done by pressing the d-pad and then square to do a Kamahaeha. X triggers an energy charge. Additionally, Dragon Ball: Xenoverse has dialogue while fights go on. Fights will have voice acting in the final game. Another thing I noticed is that you can go underwater.

I saw a battle between Goku and Frieza. Then Goku vs. Cell, and finally Goku vs. Buu. Siliconera can also confirm Tien is in the game from an interview we did with Hirano-san, the producer of the game.

Bandai Namco talked up graphical upgrades. Characters show facial expressions when they strike an opponent and take damage, similar to the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm series. The game uses Havok and Silicon Studios Yebis2 engine for energy blast particle effects.

The demo ended with a tease showing a futuristic city and a character wearing a Capsule Corp jacket but his face was obscured. This character and background are key to the story, explained a Bandai Namco representative.

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game is slated for 2015.

Future Trunks and the Mystery Man Face Revealed

A brand new scan of Dragon Ball Xenoverse has been released! This one shows Future Trunks in his Dragon Ball Online black outfit (in which he is referred to as Time Patrol Trunks) along with the face of the red-haired mystery man. By the looks of it, the mystery man will go back in time and re-lives past events in the Dragon Ball world. Young Gohan and Piccolo, Goku vs Gero, and Guldo vs Krillen is shown. In the Guldo vs Krillen screenshot within the scan, it seems like the mystery man and Captain Ginyu are also shown, although it’s a bit low quality to tell for sure.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse will be making it’s way to the PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360. It will offer in-game transformations, characters with the most detailed facial expressions ever seen in the Dragon Ball universe and new cel shaded graphics. A mysterious red haired character with a Capsule Corp jacket will some how be involved in this game. Dragon Ball: Xenoverse will be published by Bandai Namco Games and is in development by DIMPS (the company behind the Budokai series). No release date has been announced at this point in time, but we hope to keep you up-to-date with the latest right here on Saiyan Island!

Dimps Goal To Have Dragon Ball: Xenoverse Run At 1080p and 60fps On PS4 and Xbox One & More

HardcoreGamer had the opportunity to interview Dimps about their new Dragon Ball: Xenoverse game and when the question was asked about if the game will be in 1080p and 60fps this is what they had to say:

Bandai Namco did tell me that they are aiming for 1080p, 60fps on both PS4 and Xbox One, with PS4 being closer to reaching that goal than the Xbox One.

They also asked if we will be seeing this game on the Wii U, PSVita and PC in the near future and according to the website the said:

On the Wii U, they mentioned that they liked the platform a lot. However, they conceded that for the type of game they want to make, the Wii U just doesn’t meet the criteria. As for PS Vita and PC, they wouldn’t comment on the possibility of the game launching on those platforms.

Dragon Ball: Xenoverse – Interview With Masayuki Hirano Hints at GT & Movie Characters

In a new interview with Masayuki Hirano, hints towards GT and movie character involvement in the new game, Dragon Ball: Xenoverse has been hinted.

When asked about GT, Hirano had this to say:

The story of the game she also spread out the part “GT” Dragon Ball?

The story is based on “Dragon Ball Z” series. I do not want too disclosed at this time but it is possible that other parties do play (OAV and movies?).

gibt bestimmt wieder kein SSJ 4 Gogeta :fp:
