Dragon Age auch für Konsolen.
Ich gehe von 360/ps3 aus, wobei 360 natürlich die bessere fassung wird

Dragon Age Origins ist PC Only

Dragon Age Franchise wird irgendwann in Zukunft nach der PC Version (als neue Spiele!) auch für Konsolen veröffentlicht (und ich gehe mal stark davon aus, dass das "angepasst" wird - ein Dragon Age im Fable bzw Enclave Stil confirmed )


At EA's E3 press conference, BioWare co-founder Greg Zeschuk mentioned that the Dragon Age franchise would be coming to consoles in the future.

Zeschuk was showing Dragon Age: Origins, BioWare's dark fantasy RPG for PC, which he described as the spiritual successor to classic BioWare titles such as Baldur's Gate.

He said that he expected Dragon Age to become a major franchise "on PC and, in future, on consoles".

BTW nochmal für alle : Dragon Age Origins wird wohl PC exklusiv bleiben und die Entscheidung ob ein Spiel vom Dragon Age FRANCHISE auf Konsolen kommt wird nach der Fertigstellung der PC Version getroffen - der Thread kann also erstmal hier bleiben.

ihr könnt ja irgendwann einen Dragon Age Franchise Thread im allgemeinen Forum aufmachen, wenn auch mal Ankündigungen zu weiteren Spielen da sind ^^

Das Spiel ist das einzige, das mir auf der Konsohle fehlt

Aber ich denke auf einem Pentium4 mit 3GHZ und ATI Radeon 9800 Pro wird es nicht laufen - und meinen PC rüste ich nicht mehr auf

As an old school Baldur's Gate fan, I'll get the key parts of what I saw, first. Dragon Age can be played two ways. For most of the demonstration, it had a Mass Effect or Knights of the Old Republic style of camera, where you watch from third-person as your character runs around the level. Conversations happen in Mass Effect style, with cinematic angles and cuts. However, the game features what is called a pause-and-play feature for combat, which lets you pause the game at any time and give orders to your squad. You can also pull the camera back to top-down point of view similar to that of Baldur's Gate. Zeschuk told us that you could play the game entirely from that angle, as well...

The combat system looks like a close-up Baldur's Gate style of combat, as you can pause the game at any time, give orders, and then unpause the game and watch the action unfold. What's important is using tactics. In this case, a shield bash to stun an opponent and then toggling assault, which orders up four rapid sword strikes. Magic effects the environment, so the heroes rushed into a trap with the floor covered in grease and the enemy lit it with fire. The elf magic user used a blizzard spell to extinguish the blaze. It's important to use teamwork and coordinate attacks, so you'll use pause-and-play quite a bit, just like in Baldur's Gate.

Nein. Es wurde gesagt, dass das Dragon Age Franchise auch auf Konsolen erweitert wird. Wenn sie damit sagen wollten, dass Dragon Age auch auf Konsole kommt würde in dem Pressetext DA nicht nur für PC gelistet sein.

Ist mir auch egal, denn wenn ich es spiele, spiele ich es auf dem PC. Doch du wirst sehen, dass es für die Konsolen erscheinen wird.

Meanwhile, Zeschuk said that BioWare was developing the game on the PC, playing the game on the PC, and designing the game for the PC, though the company does plan on delivering Dragon Age to consoles sometime the road.
