11. PS3 vs 360 vs Wii War-Thread

Also mir persönlich sind Multis lieber. Und zwar solche Multis die ein Spiel auf möglichst vielen Konsolen/Handhelds gleichzeitig veröffentlichen.

So wie es z.B. bei der Sims-Reihe gemacht wird oder der Harry Potter Reihe. Sind im Moment die besten Beispiele die mir einfallen.

Man brauch sich nur den 'Mist' ansehen den SE mit Ihrer FF7 Compilation macht:

• Das Ur-FF7 >> PSone und/oder PC.
• FF7 - Before Crisis >> Handygame, JP only, da der JP Handymarkt dem unseren zirka 3 Jahre voraus ist und es hier kein einziges Handy gibt auf dem BC laufen würde. Evtl. können wir auf eine portierung hoffen.
• FF7: Advent Children >> DVD. Welche man ja super mit der PS2 kucken kann und als FF-Fan hat man sowieso ne PS2 im Haus.
• FF7: Dirge of Cerberus >> PS2
• FF7: Crisis Core >> PSP

Um also in den Genuß der kompletten Compilation zu kommen muss ich mir, obwohl es zur selben Reihe gehört, 3 Konsolen kaufen. Bei anderen FF Teilen wird es scheinbar noch schlimmer:

• FF12 >> PS2
• FF12: Revenant Wings >> NDS

Da wird es nicht nur auf zwei verschiedene Konsolen verteilt sondern auch noch auf 2 Konsolen von unterschiedlichen, sich konkurierenden Unternehmen.

Finde sowas bescheuert. Und was dürfen wir uns für die nächste Gen erwarten? FF13 für PS3, ein Ableger mit online Fähigkeit für die Box und noch ein Ableger vollgespickt mit Minispielen und Shootereinlagen für die Wii?? :evil:

glaub mir, ich ahbe Halo und Halo 2 gespeilt. Halo 1 war gut 2 war total müllig im vergleich dazu.


Zu Mass Effect wurde das nichtmal angekündigt? Bin mir eigentlich fast Sicher das es am Anfang sogar nur für den PC angekündigt war^^

DAs hatten wir schon sooo oft. Die Demo und denk dran, ich spreche von der Demo ist absoluter OST 0815 Standard in HD. lahmes kapmfsystem (errinnerte mich an FFVIII, zufallskämpfe (sorry aber wr will das noch) und naja das Settingist geschmackssache. Was wirklcih wieder gut, war, war die musik ^^

Es ist egal was mit MAss Effect vorher war. Fakt ist, dass es im Augenblick nur eine 360-Version geben wird, das sollte Dir schon reichen um mal von diesem leidigen Thema runterzukommen.

So da nun das mit dem PC von Tisch ist wird er versuchen das Spiel schlecht zu reden! Er findet doch immer was.

Wenn's so wie Jade Empire erst 2 Jahre später für den PC kommt, dann will das doch keiner mehr haben. Zu dem Zeitpunkt spiel ich Mass Effect 2 samt DL-Content gerade zum 3. Mal durch!

Laut einem Gerücht der britischen Zeitschrift Games TM, arbeitet Rare bereits an Killer Instinct 3 für die Xbox 360.

“Also on the way is Killer Instinct 3 which, considering Rare seems to have picked up the ball recently after a somewhat disappointing 360 launch performance, is likely to be as great - and combo heavy - as we could hope.”



Ich brauch kein DoA, kein Tekken und kein VF. gebt mir nur Killer Instinct. Btw was beschweren die sich? PDZ ist ein Millionenseller und Kameo ist auch irgendwo bei 8. - 900.000.[/i]

Das wollt ich auch grade schreiben, Taddl. Das Interesse der Leute an Jade Empire, welches ja bald für den PC erscheint hält sich doch ziemlich in Grenzen.

Wenn Killer Instinct 3, dann bitte nur mit 2S Gameplay...sonst kann man´s vergessen.

Dafür wirst du dir KI 1 auf Arcade runter laden können. Ich will super Mega Optik haben.

Nur gibt es dann bestimmt neuere Games auf die alle geil sind... das Spiel ist dann schon 10 mal durchdiskutiert worden... es steht nicht mehr so im Mittelpunkt.

Außerdem, ein Jahr wird´s schon sein ^^

Nein, macht es nicht. Trotzdem interessierts kaum an Leuten, da sich der Großteil damit schon längst eingedeckt hat. Ist nunmal bei jedem Game so.

BTW: Wie lang portet Bioware schon Jade EMpire für den PC?

die optik kann man doch auch hammer in 2d darstellen.. ich find auch killer instinct soll 2d sein, für alles andere hab ich tekken/doa/soul calibur

Nur gibt es dann bestimmt neuere Games auf die alle geil sind... das Spiel ist dann schon 10 mal durchdiskutiert worden... es steht nicht mehr so im Mittelpunkt.

Nur interesiert das den pcler recht wenig und wurde auch da net 10 mal durchdiskutiert is einfach ein neues spiel für den pc!

It is hard to beat the Wii60 experience.

With new value packs and the addition of the HD DVD drive for the Xbox 360, coupled with the sheer enjoyment of the Wii experience, it may be that the PlayStation 3 will find it difficult to settle into a market niche.

Sure there is the loyal PlayStation fan base, and those that see the PS3 for its obvious advantage bullet points over the other machines.

Hard drive capacity.
Back catalogue of excellent games.
Cutdown Linux capabilities.
Blu-ray drive.
Sheer power, yet to be exploited by game developers. This will most likely be fully exploited by the development of exclusive PlayStation titles.

In the gaming sphere however, for the bulk of punters the argument will come down to the gaming experience.

As it stands at the moment, Sony are up against two competing consoles that (for the a similar price point) can boast a years head start on high definition gaming, and a unique play mechanism (wii-mote) that is quite simply fun.

Now we hear reports of some of the PlayStation 3 faithful trading in their newly acquired consoles for Nintendo Wii’s, one has to start getting a little concerned for the future of the Sony gaming franchise Behemoth.

I believe the PS3 is a superb piece of technology (not here commercially in Australia until March 2007), yet I find it hard to believe it could replace the smiles I saw on the faces of my family over these recent holidays.

My five year old Daughter was able to pick up and play baseball on Wii sports, after creating her own Mii through the Wii channel specifically available for gamers to create a simple on-screen avatar of themselves.

In a similar vein I also witnessed my Father, pushing Sixty Five years old and suffering from the debilitating Parkinson’s disease for over a decade, step up to the Wii and give the AI tennis players a run for their money. I could not get the bugga away from the screen all weekend. Now, my Mother is being bugged by him to get his own console, just like a big kid.

This of course is Nintendo’s aim, to widen the demographic of gamers. This vision is materialising fantastically for the big N, even given the problems with snapping controller wrist straps.

Sony will need to pull out all stops to counter the Wii roller coaster. Teamed with an Xbox 360 for a more hardcore gaming experience, the PS3 will be up against it during the initial rounds of the console war.

If anybody can emerge on top, it is Sony. The PS2 will help in this endeavour as it continues to provide solid sales. The PSP might also play a role in maintaining the PlayStation brand at the top.

Like Nintendo though, it will require some inspired brain storming sessions at Sony HQ.
