Das japanische Modell der Switch 2 kostet so viel wie die Switch 2 bei uns. Die "normale Version" geht eher Richtung 800 €.
Es bringt Japan nichts, dass der Yen so schwach ist. Sie zahlen selbst mit Yen, nicht mit Euro. Dementsprechend bringt es nicht, dass wir für 50.000 Yen ja nur 300 € zahlen würden, denn ein Japaner zahlt eben nicht mit Euro.
Wenn das Gehalt exemplarisch 200.000 Yen im Monat ist, dann ändert es nichts an der Tatsache, dass 50.000 Yen ein Viertel des Monatsgehalts ist. Eben exakt so, als würde jemand 2.000 € im Monat verdienen und 500 € zahlen.

Nur ist die in Japan gar nicht "günstig". Der Yen ist für uns aktuell günstig aber für die Japaner spielt das keine Rolle, die müssen noch immer mit ungefähr gleich viel Kohle auskommen wie 2017:
