Few take aways.
Pro's
+ Amazing track side detail
+ Solid draw distances
+ Foliage looks good enough to be out of a fps much less a racer
+ Foliage seems to bend when you drive over it
+ Tonnes of people in the crowd, fully 3D
+ Amazing textures on the road, cracks, scrapes etc
+ Lighting is super impressive
+ Time of day changes really affect the environment
+ Sneak peak of night time in Aston vid at the end
+ Glare and flare more realistic and less obnoxious than certain competitors
+ Dynamic shadowing on everything brings added immersion
+ Car detail is really impressive. Can make out polygonal car badge, individual led's in lights, each bolt, rear sensor etc
+ Skin shaders, hand animations etc impressive
+ Interior is also highly detailed. Materials, stitching etc all well realised
+ Good attention to detail. Brake pads glow, plumes of smoke on the roads, dynamic cloth simulation on certain banners etc
+ Great suspension feedback and camera bump/sway in all views
+ Camera seems to dynamically move with the road
+ Good sound effects from the car, tyre squeal etc
+ Handling looks really responsive and intuitive
Con's
- Aliasing issues prominent. Especially when moving sideways and on road markings
- Some off shadow glitches here and there
- Certain shadows still not as smooth edged or refined as others
- Gear shift sounds not pronounced enough
- Frame rate still isn't ideal
- Some of the field of view and camera angles not right
- Can't see enough of the road ahead at times
- UI is too prominent and takes up too much of the screen
- Multiple ghost cars can also be too blatant and obscuring
- Texture on certain distant rocks not as detailed as the rest
