nein es liegt nicht an der Betonung. Würde da sowas wie "and Scene It which is comming exclusively to the Xbox 360 dann wäre damit nur Scene it gemeint. So wird aber alles als exclsuive abgestempelt. Das wäre im Deutschen genauso.....

über Madden gabs nix gutes von der PS3 Version zu hören
im Fall GTA 4 wurde nix von der PS3 Version gezeigt

ich behaupte natürlich nicht dass das trotzdem der Fall sein wird...
