Subject: Wheres GameCube support?
Yo CliffyB,
Thought I would get in touch with you and see talk a little Nintendo BS. I
just got a GCN for the mad games that are coming out for that system. I
wanted to know why the Xbox gets their own version of Unreal when us
Nintendo fans don't get jack? Is it reasonable to assume that sometime
within the GameCubes lifecycle that we get our own version of Unreal as
well. I realize that you probably can no longer program any more games in
the Unreal universe for PS2 because of its limitations, so that leaves the
Xbox and the GCN. Seeing as how your a rabid video game fan(especially with
Nintendo) I figured you would jump at the chance to get Unreal exposed on
the GCN. I just built a computer this last summer so when U2 and UWarfare
comes out I will be ready to play those wonderful games. I can't wait till
those come out, but what would really be kick ass is if GCN owners had their
own version to call their own. Btw, I will be getting a HDTV with
progressive scan to enjoy the clarity of games such as SW: RL: RS2 and SSBM.
Btw, this is old news but what do you think of the new Zelda look? Well take
it easy level designer dude and make sure us GCN don't get left out of the
Unreal loop. Dig?
Thanks,
Travis Freeman

his response :
Yeah, we're working on GC support for our technology, don't worry about
that. And we'll see about an Unreal game...
I love the new look for Zelda/Link. It looks like Link is a child - as it
should be. Link has always represented childhood to me.
