Der Thread soll generell für News, Bilder und Fragen zu DSi exklusiven Spielen,Channels und Ankündigungen gelten.

Neben den schon bekannten bekannten DSiWare Spielen und Software-Applikationen. Wird es auch DSi exklusive Retailgames geben bzw. Spiele welche die extra Funktionen der Hardware ausnutzen.

Aus der Nintendo Pressemitteilung zum US Date :

In addition to downloadable games, Nintendo DSi is able to play games made specifically for the system and sold at retail. The system can also play most Nintendo DS™ games, and will have access to a library of more than 850 titles originally made for that system.

Hoffe die Games und Devs nutzen die Mehrpower ( 2x so schnell CPU + 4-faches an Speicher )an DSi Hardware auch wirklich aus, wofür auch immer !!

Da es noch keine Infos zum finalen DSiWare Lineup gibt - zum Einstieg ein Video zu den bisherigen in Japan veröffentlichten First Party DSiWare Titeln - von denen es wohl viele auch hier erscheinen werden.

Aus aktuellem Anlass - zwei Ankündigungen gab es heute in der Famitsu. Mr. Driller (800Pts) und Puzzle Katamari (500Pts) von Bandai Namco erscheinen für DSi Ware.

Wie gesagt - hier soll es halt nur um DSi exklusive Software und Features gehen.

WarioWare ist IMO Pflicht - der Rest okay aber kein Muss für mich.
Hoffe in Zukunft kommen noch ein paar mehr Titel dazu, vor allem von 3rd Parties

WayForward announces Mighty Flip Champs (DSiWare)

March 9, 2009 - WayForward, the development team responsible for Lit on WiiWare as well as the revival of A Boy and His Blob for Wii, has revealed that the company is working on a brand new title exclusively for the DSiWare digital distribution channel: Mighty Flip Champs.

According to WayForward's description of Mighty Flip Champs, players control Alta as she warps through a virtual stack of maze-laden chambers that "flip" past like pages of a magical book. Action takes place on the top screen, with the Touch Screen displaying a reflected preview of the next room, and Alta's projected destination within it. When it's time to flip, Alta uses her Magical Warp Wand to replace her world with the next one. Will she land safely on solid ground, or be crushed under it? By cycling endlessly through room after brain busting room, players will match wits with some of the most inspired traps in puzzle/platforming history.

Because the title will only be available on the DSiShop channel, Mighty Flip Champs will be DSi exclusive. The game is being directed by Matt Bozon, whose previous works include Shantae on Game Boy Color and Konami's Contra 4 on Game Boy Advance. It currently does not have a release date or pricepoint, but both are expected to be announced by the launch of the Nintendo DSi on April 5th.

- Chanllege mode allows you to create your own gameplay modes
- Pop Plus: Versus is another entry in the series, coming later this year to an unspecified platform

Gameloft bringt zwei weitere DSiWare Titel nach Europa

Pop Superstar: Road to Celebrity was previously a mobile game developed by Gameloft which allows you to create a pop sensation in waiting, and lead them through a reality TV show similar to the X Factor to achieve celebrity status. Expect lots of scribbly/shouty singing and dancing, and most likely a cynical virtual doppelganger for one Mr. Simon Cowell.

Real Football 2009, also a game for mobile phones, is your standard footy affair. Pick from over 200 real-life teams to play the beautiful game in 6 different stadiums. The mobile title featured multiplayer via bluetooth, and allowed you to import create, train and import your own team from Real Football Manager Edition 2009. No news on whether either of these features will be present in the DSiWare version.

Mit Real Football handelt es sich wohl um den ersten etwas "grösseren" Titel zum herunterladen. Bin gespannt wie sie es aussieht bzw. ob sie schon was an extra DSi Leistung dafür nutzen. Aufm iPhone gehört es ja zu den besseren Titeln, trotz (imo) mieser Steuerung.

Leider nicht - das hin und her kopieren soll aber sehr fix gehen. Mal sehen was das nächste Firmware Update bringt.

Phantasy Star ZERO Mini DSi (Sega)

Enthüllt in der aktuellen Famitsu. Keine Details oder Scans bislang (zumindest habe ich noch keine gesehen). Ich vermute, dass es DSiWare ist ("Mini").


DJMAX Technika DSi (Pentavision)

Angekündigt Dezember 2008, aller Voraussicht nach Retail. Erscheint parallel zu einer normalen DS-Version. Die DSi-Version wird über einige zusätzliche Features verfügen (DLC, würde ich denken). Ist eine Handheld-Umsetzung dieses Arcade-Spiels:
