Hier mein (noch nicht abgeschickter) Brief an Lik-Sang. Was haltet ihr davon? Erstens will ich das wissen und zweitens will ich euch über meine Erfahrungen bei Lik-Sang informieren

This e-mail is to inform you about my experience with my first order at Lik-Sang, since you say "We appreciate any information you would like to supply us with"
Well actually, it's more like a complaint.
Order 279293
(Nintendo DS + MarioDS)
So I made the "special pre-order" on October 10th. Confirmed it as soon as it was possible to do so. Since there was a shortage ahead, at the same time I picked the japanese Version as a second choice for both the DS and the game
Then there was this (standard form of) e-mail "Please confirm, your Nintendo DS is ready to ship"

what went wrong?
THERE WERE NO ITEMS IN MY ORDER THAT WERE UNAVAILABLE
there were no items seperated too (why so, if they are available, I ask you)
WHY THE HECK DID YOU NEED CONFIRMATION??? I picked the jap. version as an alternative version on NOVEMBER 15th, so I AGREED TO THE jap. version as an alternative.
If you don't have the stuff I want, say so that I can cancel my order.

I think you are just trying to keep people from switching to ebay, another import store or another opportunity to get the stuff they want.
Now let's take a look at this:
I sent you an e-mail to which you never replied, i still have it so i quote parts of it here:
"Order Nr. 295766. This guy ordered November 14th. He has his DS already. It was sent to him days ago.
Order Nr. 279293 That my number, I ordered October 10th. I have never got an E-Mail or anything.
First come first serve, you say? I don't think so.
your site seemed trustworthy to me and I read mostly good reviews by customers on several forums. If you could explain yourself I would appreciate that."
Quote end. I still want to know how that went. And I would still appreciate any comment on that.
I am a member of several gaming forums on the internet and everyone who ordered at play-asia got his DS before me. Not to mention the ebay-people, all of them were better off than me.
And another thing: on the Nintendo DS shipping update page you keep complaining about the e-mail flood and the over-time work. Ever thought about hiring another 2 or 3 people to the current staff? I'm just thinking because play-asia didn't seem to have much trouble with that, like I said: people I know from forums recieved their DS days/weeks before me, but they ordered AFTER October 10th.
