Professor Layton series hits another milestone
The Professor Layton series is picking up more and more steam as the years roll on. While the Japanese have been enjoying Layton and Luke's adventures for awhile now, both Europe and North America have barely dipped our toes into the franchise. Still, the world has shown that they love what the professor has to offer. As of today, the Professor Layton series has shipped 8 million units worldwide...and we've only see the first two outings land here and in Europe!

- share data locally and through online Wi-Fi
- "card data" allows you to trade monsters/items with other players
- "game data" allows you to share entire games with friends
- send "game data" to someone without a copy of RPG Maker DS and they can play the game, until they shut their DS off
- due out March 2010 for 5,460 yen in Japan
