For those of you asking me if there are any noticeable differences or trade-offs between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of DMC4, you'll be glad to know (or not) that there aren't any. OK, if you were to turn on both versions and just let the demo trailer run automatically, you'll find that the PS3 version is sharper, thanks undoubtedly to using the Blu-ray format over the DVD format, even if both games run in 720p, but once you start the actual game they're identical.

I'll leave the in-depth visual analysis for some upcoming coverage we have planned for DMC4, but a couple other points: Xbox 360 controls feel really good, especially since every 360 controller has the force-feedback. If you've imported a Dual Shock 3 from Japan you're all set, but if you're one of the many without a DS3 you'll be missing out a little. The PS3 has not-that-noticeably shorter load times between screens, but that's like 2 seconds versus the Xbox 360's 3 second loads. Seriously, count out 3 seconds. The PS3, however, forces you to install the game on your harddrive, a not insignificant process. I don't know why you're made to do this

hab ich mir doch gedacht!

die laden zeiten nehmen sich so gut wie nichts trotz installation!

ohne diese und dank des br laufwerks wäre sie sogar wesentlich länger als auf der 360!



da wollen wir doch mal den trotteln "danken" die hier die ganze zeit von keinen ladenzeiten auf der ps3 sprachen, obwohl das nie offiziel bestätigt wurde(afaik), denn jetzt kommen die 360 fanboys wieder aus ihren löchern gekrochen und reiten darauf rum!

Und sorry aber IGN ist wesentlich glaubwürdiger wenn es um PS3 spiele bzw keine 360 spiele geht. Nicht umsonst ünterstützt UBi, Sony und andere nicht mehr die EGM^^

Der Waffenkoffer ist ja krass.

Das mit den Ladezeiten ist ja kein Wunder, da die PS3 von der Festplatte lädt und jeder weis das ist schneller als von DVD.

Naja 10 Sekunden sind mir jetzt egal wie in DMC 3 eben. Die Ps3 CE kann man nun auch bei Spielegrotte bestellen falls es wer noch net weiß

laut 1 UP: Apparently, the 360-version suffers from noticable screen tearing. It had slightly worse graphics overall and the controlls didn't feel as good as the DS3/Sixaxis

natürlich sind die 5-10 sek. ladezeiten der 360 version nicht schlimm aber wenn man die möglichkleit hat auszusuchen dann nimmt man wahrscheinlich die version ohne (oder minimalen) ladezeiten....

Bei der Grafik vll. Aber doch nicht bei ladezeiten!Die haben mich noch nie interessiert sofern sie nicht minutenlang dauern!
