Sega and Game Freak announce Tembo The Badass Elephant for PS4, Xbox One, PC

Sega, in collaboration with Pokemon developer Game Freak, have announced Tembo The Badass Elephant for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Due out via digital download this summer, the game is a 2D side-scroller that follows an elephant as he tries to contain the devastating forces ravaging his city.

Here’s the outline, via Sega:

Shell City is plunged into a state of emergency after coming under attack from the devastating forces of PHANTOM, led by a mysterious masked commander. Terrifying war machines emblazoned with skulls tear through the city leaving a trail of destruction in their wake! As the National Army struggles to contain PHANTOM, General Krenman sees the mammoth task at hand and calls upon the only thing that stands between Shell City’s obliteration and its salvation; the peanut chompin’, villain stompin’, PHANTOM romping BADASS Elephantidae… TEMBO THE BADASS ELEPHANT!

Aided by his faithful avian companion Picolo, it’s up to Tembo to jump, smash, punch, swing and butt stomp his way through the PHANTOM hordes as he aims to bring about the end of their tyrannical onslaught. Featuring 17 cleverly designed 2D side-scrolling levels, a whole host of deadly enemies and unique comic book style art, Tembo The Badass Elephant is the heaviest action adventure of the year…weighing in at about seven and a half tons of fun.

Über welches Geruckel reden hier alle? Hab das gestern schon in der News gelesen, aber konnt im Trailer irgendwie nichts dazu sehen

Ok, hab mir den Trailer jetzt nochmal angeguckt und weiß jetzt glaub ich, was ihr meint...
Ich dachte gestern, das läge vllt eher an Youtube oder der geringem Videoquali bei mir, aber das ruckelt ja echt immer, sobald das Vieh irgendwo gegenrennt

Tembo the Badass Elephant will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on July 21 for $14.99 / £9.99 / €12.99, Sega announced.

team users will get a 10 percent pre-order discount while Xbox Live Gold and PlaStation Plus members will receive a 10 percent discount from launch.

Hab auf der PS4 die 2 Stage-Demo (+Tutorial) angespielt

Ist ganz nett, konnte mich aber nicht bei Laune halten. Was mich noch ärgerte, ist dass es Bereiche gibt wo man zB. hinfliegen/gleiten (nach einem spring) muss und wenn man das nicht schafft und runterfällt man in diese Bereiche auch nicht mehr kommt. Daher, wer es beim ersten mal nicht schafft hat pech.

Mag das bei Games nicht wo gerade auch bei dem Game auch das Tempo wegen den Kombos berücksichtigt werden muss, um ein paar Gegner hintereinander zu plätten. Dann soll man stehen bleiben und eben den Doppelsprung/gleitfulg ausführen. Ich in der Hektik drück da immer dann noch einen Attack-button und smash runter oder ähnliches
