Midway have just announced a new horror game with a difference.
In this third person action/adventure game set in a maximum-security prison. The game has you changing into a powerful creature when you fill your rage meter. The game is also set to feature a lot of tense and scary moments where creatures attack out of the shadows and are out to frighten you. You also battle the ghosts in the prisons and personal demons from the past.
The main character is called Torque, a late 20s inmate who has been given the death sentance for a murder, which nobody is sure about if he commited. While he may portray a tough exterior he is not psychologically balanced and due to this Torque has horrible flashbacks into his past. He also suffers from blackouts where he becomes a violent creature hell-bent on destruction.
