Like a Dragon: Yakuza a live action series based on Yakuza/LAD is coming to Amazon Prime in October

The series will feature 6 episodes, which will release in 2 batches. The 3 episodes will release on October 25th. Takeuchi Ryoma will play Kiryu Kazuma.

The series’ story is set in two time periods, 1995 and 2005, and follows the life, childhood friends and the repercussions of the decisions of a fearsome and peerless Yakuza warrior with a strong sense of justice, duty, and humanity.

Man darf gespannt sein, ob man dies als eine weitere erfolgreiche Adaption verbuchen werden kann. Hat zwar direkt mal nichts miteinander zu tun, außer das beides exklusiv bei Amazon ist, aber mit der Fallout Serie hat man ja anscheinend eine sehr gute Umsetzung geliefert. Was ich selbst aber nicht wirklich beurteilen kann, da ich weder jemals Fallout gespielt noch die Serie gesehen habe.

könnte richtig geil oder richtig scheisse werden glaube ich. Aber nach fallout bin ich da auch erst mal eher optimistisch
