Eve Mobile Gaming Console
The Eve Mobile Gaming Console is the world's most powerful and feature-rich portable gaming device, combining instant support for thousands of existing PC games with integrated wireless support and rich digital media entertainment playback capabilities that enable you to enjoy your favorite games, video, music, and photos wherever you happen to be.
Developed by Ministry of Mobile Affairs (MoMA), the Eve Mobile Gaming Console is based on the VIA Grace Platform comprising leading edge ultra-low power components and highly advanced hardware security features and features a stylish and ergonomics industrial design by the world-renowned Meyerhoffer Studios.
Functionality & Performance
Powered by the VIA Eden-N processor and VIA CN400 digital media chipset, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console delivers unprecedented levels of gaming and entertainment application performance in a handheld device form factor. Highlights include:
· Compelling PC Gaming Experience: The robust 2D/3D graphics engine in the S3 Graphics UniChrome Pro Integrated Graphics Core (IGP) enables a compelling PC gaming experience at resolutions of up to 640x480 on the device's 4" TFT screen.
· Rich Visual Entertainment Experience: Hardware MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 acceleration in the Chromotion CE Visual Display Engine ensures a rich visual experience when viewing films, videos, recorded TV shows, and photos in all the most popular file digital media formats, such as including DivX, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, wmv, avi, wma, and mp3.
· Immersive Audio Experience: With support for up to six channels, VIA Vinyl Audio delivers exceptional output quality through headphones or external speakers when listening to music, watching films, and playing games.

Small Size
The small size advantage of devices such as the GameBoy or N-Gage is counter-balanced by their inevitably small, relatively low-resolution screen that limits the quality of games and makes for an inferior video playback experience. While still fairly compact, the Eve Mobile Gaming Console integrates a larger 4" TFT LCD screen, allowing it to fit easily into a knapsack or carry-bag yet enabling a higher quality visual experience for gaming or watching movies.
Stylish Yet Practical Design
The duality of the sleek Meyerhoffer design makes a sophisticated style statement while lending itself for highly practical multi-purpose usage. Compared to a notebook, Eve offers a far superior ease-of-use experience in mobile environments, not suffering from the clumsiness and weight factors often associated with notebooks, as well as their lack of ergonomics in non-flat surface applications such as, ironically, upon one's lap. At the same time, the balanced case design of the Eve Console enables it to stand independently on a flat surface such as the table on the back of an airplane or train seat.

LCD Display
The Eve Mobile Gaming Console integrates a 4", 640x480 TFT LCD screen. In supporting up to 640x480 resolutions, the Eve Console can easily play all PC games natively.
Hard Drive
The Eve Console includes a single 1.8" 20GB hard drive for storing the OS and the game data. This is sufficient to store a large library of games and digital media content. This is transferred to the system either via wireless LAN or by USB2.0 pass-through to a PC.
Batteries
Prismatic Lithium-Ion batteries are the current favorite choice for the console. Two packs of batteries are provided so that the batteries can be hot-swapped for continuous, uninterrupted play.
