Exclusive: Resident Evil 4 confirmed for Xbox

at the annual games industry drinking competition that is the Golden Joystick Awards, held last night in fashionable London town, someone after perhaps a few too many shandies let slip to SPOnG that Resident Evil 4, the former GameCube exclusive, will be making its way to Xbox following the revelation last week that a PlayStation 2 version is underway.

"Resident Evil 4 will also be coming out on Xbox. About the same time as the PlayStation 2 release in just short of a year's time," we were told, confirming our news from earlier this week that additional versions will not see the light of day for a considerable amount of time.

And that's about all we have unfortunately. Though we pressed for further information, nothing was offered. Great news for Xbox gamers though, with the latest, and arguably best game in Capcom's acclaimed zombie series augmenting the console's already impressive third-party portfolio.

"A direct punch to the nuts for BigN" würde ich sagen, sollte sich das tatsächlich in der kommenden Zeit seitens Capcom bewahrheiten.

Mit anderen Worten hat "irgend so ein" Suffkopp auf einer Londoner Suffkoppparty nachdem er ein paar zuviel gesüffelt hat,gesagt das
RE4 auf der XBOX erscheint.

Na da haben wir ja die Bestätigung auf die wir gewartet haben.Ich wollte mir sowieso die XBOXVersion holen.

Wie gesagt, es ist ein Gerücht, nichts weiter. Capcom wollte dazu noch keine Stellung nehmen.
Nachdem der PS2-Port angekündigt wurde, so völlig aus dem Nichts, halte ich es für ziemlich wahrscheinlich.

Lassen wir uns überraschen.

also ich glaube mittlererweile echt das die xbox auf RE4 rausbringt..
naja was solls..

wäre doch gut, hätte die beste grafik und extras gegenüber der GCN Version also wäre es die beste Version, aber leider kommt sie dafür später
