Really confused about my PC's performance in this game. I have a PC with a Ryzen 9 7900, RTX 4070 Ti, 32gb of DDR5 RAM, and I'm storing the game on a recent-ish/fast NVMe SDD. Turning down every setting down to the lowest including resolution (720p with performance DLSS), I am getting very consistent traversal-related stutters in specific areas that take my FPS counter to 30fps for a split second. My PC's frame rate is very high on average (well over 100+ FPS) but the stutters keep happening every few seconds so it is very distracting. I saw some people mention frame rate caps and frame generation may cause stuttering, but after messing around with both nothing seemed to remove the constant stutters.
Is this something that other people are experiencing, and if so, is there a known solution? I ended up switching over to the PS5 Pro version after messing with settings for way too long without finding a fix. The PS5 Pro version seems to runs way smoother so far without any of those stutters, but I'll definitely come back to the PC version afterwards as I love replaying RE games.
