PS4/PS5/XOne/XSeries/Switch/PC Persona 4 The Golden

More Details About Persona 4: The Golden’s Ski Trip

One of the new event scenes in Persona 4: The Golden is a ski trip, which takes place in January. When you get to the mountain Teddie says he’s freezing cold and dresses in skiwear. (I imagine he’ll say "Brr… it’s beary cold!" in the eventual English release.)

According to Famitsu, all of the characters have new winter outfits. Chie has a green jacket with fur. Yukiko wears a brown coat and red muffler. Yosuke has a parka over his school uniform. The protagonist has a white pea coat and a blue scarf. Characters can wear their winter styles during battle scenes, just like how Yukiko can dress up like a maid and Chie as a martial artist.

The winter event will have anime scenes, like one with Yosuke and Chie snowboading. All of the other characters ski. This will be a multi-day event where the characters spend the night in a lodge.

Persona 4: The Golden actually has five difficulty levels (we reported four last night): Safety, Easy, Normal, Hard, and Risky. Safety is designed for players to enjoy the story and Easy is made so players don’t have to worry about a game over screen. More details about Persona 4: The Golden like the combination attack system and evolved personas for other characters are here.

Persona 4: The Golden Has A New Town To Explore

Players can get a moped license in Persona 4: The Golden. It’s one of the new features made for the PlayStation Vita version. In battle, the license lets you use a special attack where an ally can ride a bike into a fight.

On the world map, you the moped can take you to new areas. Famitsu says players can visit a beach and a neighboring town. Yosuke suggests the group takes a trip after you earn your license. Details on how to obtain the license have not been revealed.

Persona 4: The Golden is slated for release this spring in Japan.
