Capcom has announced its lineup for Leipzig. The company may decide to add more games to this list, but as for now, the games are:

Eindrücke der SONY Pre CG show^^

Maaaaaaybe... Pre-GC stuff was fun, but told to me because I wasn't going to be able to go. That may be changing, so we'll see. I would love to go if only to see some really good friends, but anything they tell me will stay shut up in this clap trap.

Euro talk is a weird thing because journalists over there apparently (obviously) have a habit of spilling the beans in a (personally) shady way. I don't like how leaks go out over there, but maybe it's because there's a better relationship than we have here in the States that happens when something is said. This is a weird industry; ethics or rules aren't really the same here as they are abroad, so I may just be clueless.

Either way, if I go, it'll be in a different capacity than I normal attend these events. Not on the editorial ticket and definitely not something I'll be able to talk about. Buuuuuut, that doesn't mean that stuff people have been discussing is entirely out of the realm of exposure. I just have to be a good friend and make sure they aren't going to get shitcanned or something for me talking about it.

Suffice it to say, GC is a major, major stop on the PS3 hype train. There's always somebody that gets all butthurt and disappointed, but I think most of you will be happy -- especially given the reactions in this thread.

And now, I shaddap. Really, this time. I think. Maybe.

Wie man dem offiziellen Capcom Blog entnehmen kann, wird es pünktlich zur Games Convention 2008 einen neuen Trailer zu Resident Evil 5 geben. Während der Messe wird man RE5 nur hinter verschlossenen Türen erleben können, da keine "Ab 18" Games auf den Show-Floors gezeigt werden dürfen.

SCE director hints at new Home details for Leipzig

In an interview with Threespeech, SCE’s UK Managing Director Ray Maguire gave a few insights concerning Sony's plans for the Leipzig Game Convention later this month as well as post-mortem thoughts on E3.

First off, Maguire stated that Sony will most likely hold off on showing anything new on God of War III, MAG, and inFamous.

"I’ve seen them, but I don’t think we’ll even show them at the Games Convention in Leipzig," he said.

However, for those looking forward to more news on PlayStation Home and its prospective launch date, Maguire hinted that they may have something in store for people at the convention.

PS3 Exclusive FIFA 09 Mode Revealed At Leipzig News
EA will finally reveal exactly what the PS3 is getting exclusively at next month's convention...

An update to the official FIFA Soccer Blog has revealed that the exclusive mode heavily touted for the PlayStation3 version of FIA 09 will be unveiled at the forthcoming Leipzig Games Convention.

Details on the mode have been kept heavily under wrap, although FIFA 09 is widely expected to up the ante this season, with numerous boasts about improvements actually holding some merit this time around.

Of course speculating about what this mode could possibly be is half the fun, so let's have your suggestions down below - given the shakey nature of PSN and EA servers, we're sticking away from online 11v11!

Recently Codemasters announced they have three new titles that they will show at this years Games Convention show in Leipzig, Germany. One of the three games is a racegame with the (code)name Fuel.

We are talking here about a free roaming game that will make use of the Neon engine, which is already used in Race Driver: GRID. That's all the information for now, we will see more of it at Leipzig.
