Naja den Grund warum Sony das gemacht hat ist schon verständlich aber ich finde es Taktisch sowie Zeitlich eher Unklug!

Einerseits wie du sagst taktisch und zeitlich sehr unklug. Andererseits, klar, Sony hat durch die Importverkäufe Nachteile gehabt, aber sie haben doch auch jede Menge Vorteile daraus gezogen, oder? Einmal höhere Verkaufszahlen, ausländische Spiele waren für den gesamten Markt zugänglich und sowas beeinflusst Trends ja auch minimal, aber immerhin etwas. Zumal es natürlich auch die Userbase erweitert wenn man importieren darf!

Ist auch traurig WIE Sony es gemacht hat. Sie haben dene nichtmal eine Chance gelassen ihr Angebot zu ändern, sieht zumindest nicht so aus als hätte Sony die mal freundlich darauf hingewiesen das sie es nicht wollen... Lik-Sang hätte das doch sofort geändert wenn sie wussten das Sony dene im Nacken sitzt, stattdessen greift Sony frontal ohne Vorwarnung an ohne dieser Seite den Hauch einer Chance zu lassen... So haben eine menge Leute ihren Job verloren und viele treue Kunden eine vertrauenswürdigen Onlineshop!

Nunja, wenn Sony dadurch jetzt glücklicher ist, schön, viele Fans sind empört darüber und werden das Sony wohl übel nehmen!

Sony admits senior staff bought PlayStation Portable (PSP) handheld consoles from an illegal source but only for investigatory purposes.

It is the latest revelation in its legal tussle with Hong Kong import/export firm Lik-Sang.

Lik-Sang ceased trading on Monday following legal action from Sony.

Announcing its closure, it named Sony executives it said had used its service to get the PSPs before they went on official release in Europe.

Sony does not deny that staff bought the game gadgets from Lik-Sang but said it was done to check the nature of the goods that were being sold.

This latest battle of words is part of the ongoing war Sony is waging with companies which import so-called grey goods - Asian versions of its products - to the European market without its permission.

Last week its legal action against Lik-Sang was validated by a British judge who ruled that it was illegal for the firm to import the Japanese version of PlayStation 3s into Europe ahead of its official release in March 2007.

Gamers have been disappointed about Sony's decision to delay the release of the PS3 in Europe , which the firm says is due to stock shortages of vital components.

The PS3 console goes on sale in the US and Japan in November.

Naja, du kannst echt alles bei Sony gutreden, oder? Es gehört einfach nicht zum guten Ton eine Firma, die einem praktisch hilft die Verkäufe anzukurbeln, so fertig zu machen, die geringen Nachteile die Sony dadurch hatte haben sich locker wieder mit den Vorteilen ausgeglichen, zumal das ja anscheinend sich nur extrem auf die PSP bezog, Lik-Sang hätte die wohl aus dem Sortiment genommen wenn Sony was gesagt hätte, aber nein, man macht aus ner Fliege nen Elefanten und killt gleich den ganzen Onlineshop, wahrscheinlich geilt das Kaz Hirai auf wenn er sowas macht....

Doch Sony verbüßt durch Importe wie Jede Firma Umsatz und der ist bestimmt nicht gerade gering. Und das es gerade zu dieser Zeit kommt ist auch logisch, da sie kurz vor dem Launch der PS§ sind und so eine Warnung an alle gesendet haben, die mit dem Gedanken spielen die PS3 auch außer Landes zu verkaufen. Denn das wird jetzt garantiert kaum einer machen^^

Wie gesagt aus wirtschaftlicher Sicht kann man es verstehen Ehtisch ist es halt fraglich.

Sony als Gesamtkonzern gesehen macht keinen (großen) Verlust, SCEE hingegen spüren es direkt- obwohl ich glaube, dass kaum ein Großteil aller PSP Interessierten den Weg zum Importhändler gemacht hat. Von daher...die Zahl an Soft- und Hardwareimporten ist vergleichsweise gering, das fällt kaum ins Gewicht.

Und außerdem kann man dem ganz leicht vorbeugen: Gleicher Erscheinungstermin, gleicher Inhalt- und schon geht die Zahl der Importe naturgemäß zurück...ne ne Sony, das habt ihr euch auch zum Großteil zuzuschreiben.

Warum schadet es Sony eigentlich, wenn ein paar Handhelds oder Konsolen früher einen anderen Kontinent erreichen?
Sollten sie nicht froh sein, dass sich ihre Konsolen schon mal gut verkauft und somit die Spieler früh ihre Platform besitzen um die Software zu kaufen?
Was sie wiederum interessanter für andere Entwickler macht.

There were pictures of unclothed people on this site, involved in a number of deeply arousing sexual acts.

Nowhere was there any mention of the Nintendo Gamecube game "Killer 7" at the game's website. There was only porn, and lots of it. Is Nintendo an advocate of the porn? Because you see, the website of this Nintendo Gamecube game I just bought has lots of porn on it, but nothing about the Nintendo Gamecube game "Killer 7". This leads me to believe one of two things - either Nintendo is a company that produces porn, and not videogames, and this is just some mixup on my part, or Nintendo does indeed produce videogames, but wants me to watch an interracial gangbang instead of playing their videogames.

Please reply and clarify which of the two scenarios I have posited here are true.

Kein Plan. Aber ab und n müssen sie halt den Chef raushängen lassen. Mir ist's eigentlich egal, obwohl es im Grunde genommen ne Frechheit ist und maßlos übertrieben wird. Was sind schon sehr sehr sehr optimistisch geschätzte 20.000 importierte PSPs gegen ein paar Millionen? Wenn der Importmarkt mehr als 5% ausmacht, sollte es mich doch sehr wundern...

Ich mach mal nen Umfrage thread zu der Problematik auf.

Lächerlich wäre es erst gewesen, wenn man die klage durchgezogen hätte, ohne die ware zu prüfen. Der vorgang war also völlig legitim, genauso ist es bei einer klage, wenn es sich wirklich um illegale aktivitäten handelt.

Da gibt es von MS (um mal den konkurrenten zu nennen) weitaus bessere "geschichten"
